Thinking about the qualities of others, becoming the object of others' envy, abandoning all thoughts of jealousy and displeasure. How wonderful if they never leave these qualities and happiness! If it were even better than this, I would be truly happy. I will do that, cultivate in this way. Then, the actual generation of bodhicitta: all dharmas are originally empty and without self. For all sentient beings who have not realized this, in order to purify all the suffering of samsara, which is caused by the habitual imprints of sudden delusions and dualistic appearances, into the realm of reality, and to establish them in the state of union, the primordial protector Samantabhadra, one should practice the profound near path of the secret mantra Vajrayana. Through remembering the meaning of aspiration and action, recite: "Alas! All dharmas are empty," etc., until: "May the equanimity without attachment and aversion be transformed." Recite three times, etc., as much as possible. And from other treasure texts: "I and limitless sentient beings," etc., recite hundreds of thousands of times. When concluding the session, visualize the deities of the assembly field dissolving into the great Orgyen as before. That dissolves into oneself, and one thinks that the ultimate bodhicitta is clearly born in one's own mindstream, and remains in a state of non-objectification for as long as possible. Having generated bodhicitta in this way, one should properly and diligently train in its precepts. Among them, the precepts of aspiration are: equality of self and others, and cherishing others more than oneself, these three. First, oneself and all other sentient beings are the same in wanting happiness, the same in not wanting suffering, and there is no difference. Think well about this, and train the mind without differentiating between oneself and others in accepting happiness and rejecting suffering. In reality, one should also strive as much as possible. Previously, the Indian saint Buddha was asked by Drungpa Zina Jian: Among all the dharmas, what is the best to do? He replied: Do not inflict on other sentient beings what you yourself do not want, and give to other sentient beings everything you want. There is nothing better than that. Exchanging self and others is: giving all one's own happiness and merit to others, and taking all the suffering of others upon oneself, striving in reality as much as possible, and in visualization, when breathing out, all one's own happiness, qualities, and good

All things, like taking off clothes, become white wind and ripen in others. When inhaling, contemplate that all the sins, obscurations, and sufferings of all other sentient beings become black wind and are taken into oneself, and practice this repeatedly. Cherishing others more than oneself means: Previously, always thinking that as long as oneself obtains happiness and joy, it doesn't matter what happens to others, now abandon this thought. From now on, no matter if oneself suffers in this life and the next, falls into the lower realms, or encounters any misfortune, it doesn't matter. From the depths of one's heart, think that these other sentient beings must obtain happiness and joy, must possess qualities, and strive to actually do so as much as possible. The training for entering (the Bodhisattva path) is: Constantly train in the six perfections as much as possible. In terms of generosity, for all the things one possesses, body, possessions, eloquence, power, lifespan, merit, roots of virtue, etc., cut off self-grasping and repeatedly practice the mind of giving to all sentient beings. In reality, all the things one possesses cannot follow one at the time of death, and now one should also think well that they are meaningless like dreamlike wealth, and strive to make offerings upwards and give downwards. Moreover, this must become the antidote to stinginess, so it is very important to give away the things to which one is most attached. In general, ordained people should be content with just enough food and clothing to fill their stomachs and cover their bodies, and if they do not accumulate other wealth, then contentment itself is the best generosity, so it is very important to maintain a sense of few desires and contentment. If one is not content and is always absorbed in the property of the temple, especially wearing three pieces of clothing and making a living by doing business, then that is a thief who destroys the Dharma, and it contradicts the three vows of individual liberation, Bodhisattva, and mantra. Engaging in business and making profit, except for sexual misconduct, all ten non-virtuous actions are complete, so the fault is very great. In terms of discipline, for all the things to be abandoned as prescribed by the three vows, one must always protect them with mindfulness, awareness, and caution, like cherishing one's eyes. In particular, for the faults that one is prone to commit, one must especially seek antidotes and abandon them. Moreover, discipline is not just external behavior of body and speech.
