It is said that the disciples of the glorious master offered many prostrations and offered much gold, requesting the instructions of secret mantra. Moreover, it is also said in the tantric scriptures: "With faith, prostrate and pay homage." etc. Therefore, it is also called the prostration of Dipamkara Buddha. Thus, while prostrating, one should recite either the extensive hundred-syllable mantra or the abbreviated prostration, whichever is appropriate. Then, generating the supreme bodhicitta: when doing it together with taking refuge, one does not need to gather the field of merit as before, but in front of it; or when doing it separately, one should generate bodhicitta in front of the field of merit that has been visualized clearly as before. Moreover, it is very important to train the mind with the four immeasurables first. Although the order of meditation methods is not fixed, if one does not first develop a mind of equanimity, the other three will become biased. Therefore, one should first meditate on equanimity. Like this, from beginningless time until now, due to the influence of this bad thought of partiality and attachment, one has wandered in the places of samsara. If one does not abandon this kind of thought, there will be no time to be liberated from samsara, and bodhicitta will not arise in the mind. Due to the domination of hatred towards enemies, one will become a stone at the bottom of hell. Due to the domination of attachment to relatives, etc., one's own Dharma fortune is cut off, and one will ultimately sink into the mud of samsara. Therefore, now one must cut off all actions of attachment and aversion. In general, whatever worldly activity one starts, there will be an end to it. If one does not let go, then even if one strives for a lifetime, one will only die with regrets. Therefore, now one must completely abandon all actions of attachment and aversion, and strive to benefit all sides, enemies, friends, and those in between. One should train in immeasurable equanimity, like a righteous person hosting guests. After becoming proficient in that, one should train in immeasurable love, like a mother bird feeding her chicks. That is, relying on the mind of equanimity that has been developed, if one generates an undifferentiated mind of wanting to benefit all sentient beings, it will become pure. If it is not like that, but only towards some aspects that one likes, and one feels displeasure and jealousy towards those who have happiness, wealth, and qualities in other aspects, in such a mind, jealousy

Until the root is not severed, the mind of enlightenment, even as small as a sesame seed, will definitely not arise, therefore, one should think like this: Merely clinging to what one likes and dislikes right now is not right. There is not a single sentient being who has not been one's mother since beginningless time. When they were mothers, they all cared for one with great kindness, just like one's present mother. Therefore, how wonderful it would be if they could all encounter the excellent happiness of the present and the future. I should do such a thing. Then, cultivate immeasurable compassion, seeing all sentient beings of the six realms tormented by suffering, unable to bear it, like a mother yak losing her calf, train the mind in this way. All sentient beings, like an old mother, equal to space, desire happiness, but do not know how to accept the virtue that is the cause of happiness even a little bit. They do not want suffering, but they confusedly engage in the ten non-virtuous deeds that are the cause of suffering, so that what they desire and what they do are completely reversed, which is pitiful. How wonderful it would be if they could all be free from the karmic appearances, suffering, and habitual tendencies of each of the six realms! This time, I have obtained a human body with leisure and opportunity, and I have met an excellent lama, a spiritual friend. It is fortunate that I am able to practice such profound instructions. I should rely on this pith instruction to free all those sentient beings from all suffering. In reality, one should also benefit objects of compassion, such as the sick, the poor, and distant relatives, etc., the benefits of doing so are immeasurable. It is said that giving a pile of silver to a rich person is not as good as giving a bowl of food to a poor person, because the latter will be happier, so the benefit is also greater. In general, among the two, offering and giving, ordinary people who hope for results will choose to make offerings to a pure field of merit, but bodhisattvas only focus on benefiting sentient beings and becoming accustomed to the mind of generosity, therefore, both offering and giving are like the left and right eyes, there is no difference at all. Therefore, whatever virtuous deeds one does, one must see if it can produce merit that is free from selfishness. Then, cultivate immeasurable joy, like a camel finding its lost calf. Towards other sentient beings who have power, wealth, authority, and Dharma and worldly
