Adorned with countless ornaments such as rings, wearing a white silk upper garment and a red silk skirt, with Amitabha (Ödpakmé) adorning her head, residing amidst the five intertwined lights of wisdom, surrounded by a gathering of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas like a dense cloud. At her crown is Oṃ (Oṃ, seed syllable, body, complete and perfect), at her throat is Āḥ (Āḥ, seed syllable, speech, immaculate purity), and at her heart is Hūṃ (Hūṃ, seed syllable, mind, subjugation), from which light radiates. From the naturally pure abode and the field adorned with turquoise leaves, I invite the venerable Mother Tara (Jetsunma Drolma), surrounded by a gathering of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Bhadra samājaḥ (Bhadra samājaḥ, Vajrasattva, May the venerable assembly be pleased to come). You are the protector of all sentient beings, effortlessly destroying the armies of demons and their retinues. You fully know all things. I beseech the Bhagavan (Bhagavan) and her retinue to come to this place. Bhagavan, in countless eons, you cultivated compassion for the benefit of beings, and you have perfected vast aspirations. Now is the time for you to fulfill your wishes and benefit beings. Therefore, from the spontaneously manifested palace of the Dharmadhatu, display various miraculous transformations and blessings, and for the sake of liberating limitless sentient beings, please come together with your pure retinue. From the sacred site of Potala (Potala), born from the green Tāṃ (Tāṃ, seed syllable, Tara's origin), adorned with Amitabha on your head, you are the mother of the activities of the Buddhas of the three times. I visualize the earth, anointed with incense and strewn with flowers, and the world adorned with Mount Sumeru (Sumeru), the four continents, and the sun and moon, as a Buddha-field and offer it, may all beings enjoy this pure realm. In the boundless and vast ocean, all the immeasurable offerings, and the offerings that I have arranged with devotion, I offer to the Buddhas and their holy children. 'Homage to you, swift and brave Tara! Your eyes are like a flash of lightning, you arise from the lotus-like face of the three-world protector (Avalokiteśvara), from a myriad of lotus stamens. (10a)' After reciting the first verse of the Twenty-One Taras Praise, offer water and various offerings as before. Similarly, starting from 'Homage to you, Tara, like the autumn moon,' recite each verse until the end of the Twenty-One Taras Praise, and repeat after the phrase 'boundless ocean.' Then, focusing on the first of the four tormas, recite the mantra 'Om mula mala shri manguru a karo,' etc., three or seven times, and offer it to the lama. Recite 'Om Trairatna,' and attach the torma mantra to the second torma, offering it to the common Sangha. Attach the ten-syllable mantra to the torma mantra, and offer the third torma to Tara. Offer the fourth torma to Magzor Gyalmo, Gurzhala, etc., or any Dharma protector you prefer. In front of the torma ritual, make six worldly tormas, offering the first one to the directional guardians in three portions, the second to the earth deities, and the third to the eight classes of gods and demons in three portions. Afterwards, by the power of the lama, the Three Jewels, and the power of secret mantras, vidya mantras, dharani mantras, heart mantras, mudras, and samadhi, and by the power of the blessing of truth, may all gods, nagas, gandharvas, kumbhandas, rakshasas, bhutas, forgetters, madmen, old men, old women, girls, boys, servants, mothers, dakinis, heretics, yamas, kings, demons, garudas, nyen, earth lords, naga demons, yakshas, elementals, tsen, demons, pretas, (10b) and cannibals, constellations, years, months, days, and zamas, etc., all actions that cause harm be pacified.' Say this. Offer the fourth portion to obstacles in three portions. Afterwards, from 'Namo Three Jewels' to 'blessing,' do as before. May the malice and cruelty of the eighty thousand kinds of obstacles be pacified.' Say this. Offer the fifth portion to the six realms and the sixth portion to karmic creditors, taking from the hundred tormas. Transform the content from the tsokhor wheel ritual, and give away the tsok leftovers. Then, accompanied by great musical instruments, transform yourself into Hayagriva and say: 'Hum! Oath-bound Dharma protectors and guardians, please accomplish the tasks entrusted here. Offerings, tormas, and ransom substances are offered. Please do not cause harm in this place. All appearing gods and demons, the eight classes, listen to the command of the mantra holder.
