Gather the essence, and do not interrupt the practice until you see the signs. When practicing the outer accomplishment of Hayagriva in this way, visualize yourself, in your heart, a red 'HRIH' (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable) on top of a sun disc. Then, the mantra revolves around it, radiating light, from which the blessings of the Buddhas, like an ocean, gather into light. Visualize yourself entering and dissolving into your heart, thereby receiving the empowerment of body, speech, and the five wisdoms. Combine your own lineage deity with all the deities. For the five aggregates, perform the expansion and contraction of the lineage deity; for activities such as pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful, perform the expansion and contraction of the four families. Recite hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of times, and combine the practice. In this way, all siddhis will be accomplished as desired, and activities such as pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful will be completed without hindrance. May this collection of lineage, the outer accomplishment, this wish-fulfilling jewel, meet with a fortunate disciple in the future. Samaya, seal, seal, seal! This is the heart essence mantra of the peaceful and wrathful deities. Recite with focus, rhythm, and count. This is the order of the main practice. Then comes the order of the subsequent practice: Tsog and offering of leftovers, urging the protectors, proclaiming the severance ritual, protecting the teachings, torma suppression, receiving siddhis, and the eight gathering rituals, these are the subsequent practices. First is the Tsog: Om Svabhava... Ram Yam Kham (藏文：ཨཱོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་༝ ། རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ།，梵文天城体：ओम् स्वभावा ། रं यं खं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svabhāva raṃ yaṃ khaṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Svabhava... Ram Yam Kham). Self-arisen wisdom, peaceful and wrathful deities, with your power, radiance, and retinue, this appearance, the adornment, this wish-fulfilling offering, please accept it without taking or rejecting. The clinging to duality is difficult to relinquish, the wisdom deity and the wish-fulfilling Tsog, not realizing the equality, I confess with the food Tsog offering.
