ཥྱོ་མེ་བྷ་ཝ༔愿我繁荣！ ཨ་ནུ་རཀྟོ་མེ་བྷ་བ། 愿我被爱！ སུ་པོ་ཥྱོ་མེ་བྷ་ཝ། 愿我被滋养！ སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་མྨེ་པྲ་ཡཙྪ༔ 赐予我一切成就！ སརྦ་ཀརྨ་སུ་ཙ་མེ་ཙིཏྟཾ་ཤྲེ་ཡ༔ 在一切行为中，我的心皆趋向善！ ཀུ་རུ་ཧཱུཾ། 成就！ ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧོ༔ 哈哈哈哈呵！ བྷ་ག་ཝཱ་ན༔ 世尊！ བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་མཱ་མེ་མུཉྩ༔ 金刚黑汝嘎，请勿舍弃我！ ཧེ་རུ་ཀོ་བྷ་བ། 黑汝嘎生起！ མཧཱ་ས་མ་ཡ་སཏྭ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ༔ 大誓言尊，阿吽啪！ 经续中说，应于寂静中修持，于忿怒中成就。因此，寂静修法之念诵引导为：ཧཱུཾ། 吽！ 于秘密圆满之坛城中，于至高无上九种光辉之顶严内，于方便智慧日月莲花之上，不动如来（含义：不动者，अचल，acala，不动的）与毗卢遮那佛（含义：光明遍照，वैरोचन，vairocana，光明遍照者），宝生佛（含义：宝 उत्पन्न，ratna utpanna，珍宝生）与无量光佛（含义：无量光，अमिताभ，amitābha，无量光），不空成就佛（含义：不空成就，अमोघसिद्धि，amoghasiddhi，不空成就）。 大佛母（含义：伟大的母亲，महामाता，mahāmātā，伟大的母亲）普贤佛母（含义：遍一切处，समन्तभद्री，samantabhadrī，普贤女）与佛眼佛母（含义：佛陀之眼，बुद्धलोचन，buddhalocana，佛眼），玛吉拉准（含义：无母的拉准）与白衣佛母（含义：白衣，पाण्डरवासिनी，pāṇḍaravāsinī，穿白衣者）及誓言度母（含义：誓言救度者，समयातार，samayatāra，誓言救度者）。 诸佛父母连同手印，普贤父母欢喜交合，殊胜佛子菩萨及佛母，化身六能仁及八调伏，身姿柔软婀娜且年轻，（第七页）清晰闪耀且庄严，头戴顶饰及花环，颈饰臂钏及瑟摩朵，珍宝丝绸饰品皆圆满， 语为心咒之音声，心为自生之智慧光明，以念诵激发身语意之相续，以开展令三千世界充满身，从身中发出咒语之雷鸣声，以收摄融入法界虚空，于未明晰前持续生起及观修，于未成就前切莫放弃。ཨཱོཾ་ཨ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི་ཛྙཱ་ན་པཉྩ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་མུ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ༔嗡 阿利 嘎利 嘉纳 班杂 卓达 牟那耶 梭哈！ཨཱོཾ་བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་མཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་ཛྙཱ་ན་དྷཱ་ཏུ་ཨ༔ 嗡 菩提 质达 玛哈 苏卡 嘉纳 达图 阿！ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་སྭཱཧཱ༔ 嗡 阿 吽 梭哈！ མུཾ་ལཱཾ་མཱཾ་པཱཾ་ཧཱཾ༔ 穆 朗 芒 庞 杭！ 念诵根本咒百千遍后，结合征相供养朵玛，ཧཱུཾ། 吽！于中央方位之轮涅宫殿中，于月座大自在天（含义：伟大的自在者，महा ईश्वर，mahā īśvara，大自在）之埃字（藏文：ཨེ་，梵文天城体：ए，梵文罗马拟音：e，汉语字面意思：埃）坛城中，于八大兽面傲慢者之上， 于方便智慧日月光芒之中，于无染莲花之花蕊上，世尊大胜黑汝嘎（含义：饮血者，हेरुक，heruka，饮血者），大佛母天颜法界自在母（含义：天空面容，नभस्थल，nabhasthala，天空面容），二者无别交合之姿态为，娇媚、勇猛且令人畏惧，愤怒、斥责、慈悲且威严，具有燃烧、忿怒、寂静等九种姿态， 身上圆满了尸陀林之装束，语中发出猛烈的咒语之音声，心中怀有救度之命，以念诵激发身语意之相续，以啪字（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪）开展令三千世界充满，以收摄融入佛母之虚空，从秘密之处融入心中，于未明晰前持续生起及观修，于未成就前切莫放弃。ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོདྷ་མཧཱ་ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ༔ 嗡 班杂 卓达 玛哈 希日 黑汝嘎 吽 啪！ཨཱོཾ་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུཾ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ༔ 嗡 汝鲁 汝鲁 吽 炯 吽 啪！ཨཱོཾ་ཧྲཱི༔ཥྚཱི༔ཝི་ཀྲི་ཧཱ་ན་ན་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ༔ 嗡 舍 什地 维格日哈 纳纳 吽 啪！ཨཱོཾ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་ཝ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ༔ 嗡 诃耶 哲瓦 呼鲁 呼鲁 吽 啪！ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལཱ་嗡 班杂 几里 几拉！

ཥྱོ་མེ་བྷ་ཝ༔ May I prosper! ཨ་ནུ་རཀྟོ་མེ་བྷ་བ། May I be loved! སུ་པོ་ཥྱོ་མེ་བྷ་ཝ། May I be nourished! སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་མྨེ་པྲ་ཡཙྪ༔ Grant me all accomplishments! སརྦ་ཀརྨ་སུ་ཙ་མེ་ཙིཏྟཾ་ཤྲེ་ཡ༔ In all actions, may my mind incline towards goodness! ཀུ་རུ་ཧཱུཾ། Accomplish! ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧོ༔ Haha haha ho! བྷ་ག་ཝཱ་ན༔ Bhagavan! བཛྲ་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་མཱ་མེ་མུཉྩ༔ Vajra Heruka, do not abandon me! ཧེ་རུ་ཀོ་བྷ་བ། Heruka arise! མཧཱ་ས་མ་ཡ་སཏྭ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ༔ Great Samaya Sattva, Ah Hum Phat! It is said in the tantras that one should practice in tranquility and accomplish in wrath. Therefore, the recitation guidance for peaceful practice is: ཧཱུཾ། Hum! In the secret and complete mandala, within the supreme ornament of nine splendors, upon the lotus of sun and moon of method and wisdom, Akshobhya (meaning: the Immovable One, अचल, acala, the immovable) and Vairochana (meaning: the Illuminator, वैरोचन, vairocana, the illuminator), Ratnasambhava (meaning: Jewel Born, रत्न उत्पन्न, ratna utpanna, jewel born) and Amitabha (meaning: Infinite Light, अमिताभ, amitābha, infinite light), Amoghasiddhi (meaning: Unfailing Accomplishment, अमोघसिद्धि, amoghasiddhi, unfailing accomplishment). The Great Mother (meaning: Great Mother, महामाता, mahāmātā, great mother) Samantabhadri (meaning: All-Good, समन्तभद्री, samantabhadrī, all-good) and Buddhalochana (meaning: Buddha's Eye, बुद्धलोचन, buddhalocana, buddha's eye), Machig Labdrön (meaning: The Motherless Labdrön) and Pandaravasini (meaning: White-Clad, पाण्डरवासिनी, pāṇḍaravāsinī, white-clad) and Samayatara (meaning: Vow Savioress, समयातार, samayatāra, vow savioress). The Buddhas, male and female, along with their hand symbols, Samantabhadra, male and female, in joyful union, the excellent bodhisattva sons and mothers, the six emanated Thubpas and the eight tamers, with supple, slender, entwining, and youthful forms, (page 7) clear, radiant, majestic, and blazing with splendor, adorned with crowns and garlands, necklaces, armlets, and semoto, complete with precious silk ornaments, the voice proclaims the sound of the essence mantra, the mind is clear with self-arisen wisdom, the recitation stimulates the continuum of body, speech, and mind, the expansion fills the three thousand worlds with the body, from the body emanates the thunderous sound of mantras, the contraction dissolves into the dharmadhatu space, until clarity arises, continue to generate and contemplate, until accomplishment is achieved, do not abandon. ཨཱོཾ་ཨ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི་ཛྙཱ་ན་པཉྩ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་མུ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ༔ Om Ali Kali Jnana Pancha Krodha Munaye Svaha! ཨཱོཾ་བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་མཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་ཛྙཱ་ན་དྷཱ་ཏུ་ཨ༔ Om Bodhicitta Mahasukha Jnanadhatu Ah! ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་སྭཱཧཱ༔ Om Ah Hum Svaha! མུཾ་ལཱཾ་མཱཾ་པཱཾ་ཧཱཾ༔ Mum Lam Mam Pam Ham! After reciting the root mantra hundreds of thousands of times, combine with signs and offer tormas, ཧཱུཾ། Hum! In the wheel-涅 palace in the central direction, in the E (藏文：ཨེ་，梵文天城体：ए，梵文罗马拟音：e，汉语字面意思：埃) mandala on the moon seat of Mahadeva (meaning: Great Lord, महा ईश्वर, mahā īśvara, great lord), above the eight animal-faced arrogant ones, In the midst of the sun and moon rays of method and wisdom, on the pistil of the undefiled lotus, the Bhagavan Great Supreme Heruka (meaning: Blood Drinker, हेरुक, heruka, blood drinker), the Great Mother Sky-Faced Dharmadhatu Free Mother (meaning: Sky Face, नभस्थल, nabhasthala, sky face), the posture of the two in inseparable union is, charming, brave, and terrifying, wrathful, scolding, compassionate, and majestic, possessing nine dances such as burning, wrathful, and peaceful, the body is complete with charnel ground attire, the voice proclaims the sound of fierce mantras, the mind cherishes the life of salvation, the recitation stimulates the continuum of body, speech, and mind, the Phat (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪) expands and fills the three thousand worlds, the contraction dissolves into the space of the Mother, from the secret place it dissolves into the heart, until clarity arises, continue to generate and contemplate, until accomplishment is achieved, do not abandon. ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོདྷ་མཧཱ་ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ༔ Om Vajra Krodha Maha Shri Heruka Hum Phat! ཨཱོཾ་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུཾ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ༔ Om Rulu Rulu Hum Bhyo Hum Phat! ཨཱོཾ་ཧྲཱི༔ཥྚཱི༔ཝི་ཀྲི་ཧཱ་ན་ན་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ༔ Om Hrih Shti Vikrihanana Hum Phat! ཨཱོཾ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་ཝ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ༔ Om Haya Griva Hulu Hulu Hum Phat! ཨཱོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལཱ་ Om Vajra Kili Kila! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
