དང་དབྱེར་མེད་བདུད་རྩིར་འཁྱིལ། །མཐེབ་སྲིན་སྦྱར་བས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལྟེ་བ་རུ། །ཧྲཱིཿམ་ལས་བྱུང་རྟ་མགྲིན་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱི། །གཙུག་ནས་བདུད་རྩི་ཀུན་འདུས་སྦྱོར་མཚམས་ནས། །བབས་པའི་ཐོད་པའི་ནང་ཀུན་བདུད་རྩི་ཡིས། །གང་བས་མུ་ཏིག་ཕྲེང་བ་ལྟ་བུར་གྱུར། །བདུད་རྩིའི་སྔགས་བདུན་བརྗོད་རྗེས་རཀྟ་ནི། །ཨོཾ་པདྨ་བྷ་ཝ་མཎྜལ་བྷྲུཾ། བརྗོད་པས་ཡུམ་གྱི་མཁའ་དབྱིངས་གྲུ་གསུམ་ནང་། །མ་(༦བ)ལས་ཉི་དཀྱིལ་སྟེང་དུ་ར་ཡིག་ལས། །རཀྟཱའི་མཚོ་འཁྲུག་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ཕཊ་ཀྱིས། །ཆགས་པའི་འོད་འཕྲོས་སཾ་ཧ་ར་ཎ་ཧཱུཾ། །གདུག་ཅན་ཚུར་འདུས་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾཿབཛྲ་ཕཊ། །ཡབ་ཀྱི་གསང་གནས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཐོ་བ་ཡིས། །བརྡུངས་པས་ཉོན་མོངས་བག་ཆགས་མ་ལུས་པ། །སྦྱངས་ནས་ཞིང་གི་ལྷུ་དུམ་རབ་འཕྱོ་ཞིང་། །ཟེགས་མའི་ཚོགས་ལས་འདོད་ཡོན་ལྷ་མོ་ནི་། །མཁའ་ལ་སྤྲིན་ཕུང་ལྟ་བུར་གཏིབས་པར་གྱུར། །ཨཱོཾ་ཨཿཧཱུཾ་མ་ཧཱ་རཀྟ་ཛྭ་ལ་མཎྜལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཋ། །ལན་བདུན་བརྗོད་རྗེས་གཏོར་མ་བརླབ་པ་ནི། །ཐོད་པར་གྷོ་ཀུ་ད་ཧ་ན་ལས་ཤ །བི་ནུ་མ་ར་ཤུ་ལས་བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ། །སྟེང་དུ་རིགས་ལྔ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་ས་བོན་མཚན། །དེ་ལས་འོད་འཕྲོས་རླུང་གི་མེ་སྦར་བས། །བདུད་རྩི་ཁོལ་བས་མ་དག་ཀུན་སྦྱང་ཏེ། །ཟག་མེད་རོ་བརྒྱ་ལྡན་པའི་ཕུང་པོར་གྱུར། །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་མ་ཧཱ་བྷ་ལིནྟ་ཏེ་ཛྭ་བྷ་ལིནྟ་བྷ་ལ་བྷ་ཏེ་གུ་ཧྱ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཋ། སྔགས་ནི་བདུན་བཟླས་ཛ་གད་བརླབ་པ་ནི། ཛ་གད་བུམ་པ་གཞལ་ཡས་འོད་ཀྱི་ནང་། །མཱཾ་ལས་མཱ་མ་ཀི་སྔོན་བུམ་འཛིན་པས། །སྟོང་གསུམ་འབྱུང་ལྔའི་བཅུད་རྣམས་མ་ལུས་པ། །བསྡུས་ནས་ཛ་གད་ཉིད་ལ་ཐིམ་པར་གྱུར། །ཨཱོཾ་མཱ་མ་ཀི་རི་ཀི་རི་ཏིཥྛ་ཛྙཱ་ན་མཾ་སྭཱཧཱ།འཛབ་ནི་བཟླས་རྗེས་ཟླ་གམ་བརླབ་པ་ནི། ཧཱུཾ་མཱུཾ་གཉིས་ལས་ཐབས་ཤེས་ཉི་ཟླ་ཟུང་། །མཉམ་པར་སྦྱར་བས་བདེ་སྟོང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི། །བྱང་སེམས་བདུད་རྩི་ཆེས་ཆེར་འཕེལ་བ་ཡི། །ཟག་མེད་དགའ་བཞི་རྒྱས་པའི་ནུས་ལྡན་གྱུར། །ཨཱོཾ་བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་མཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་ཧོཿ འཛབ་བཟླས་མཇུག་ཏུ་ཚེ་ཟན་བརླབ་པ་ནི། བྷྲཱུཾ་ལས་ཚེ་བུམ་རིན་ཆེན་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང་། །འདབ་ 42-6-10 བརྒྱད་ལྟེ་བར་ཧྲཱིཿལས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །དམར་པོ་མཉམ་གཞག་སྟེང་ན་ཚེ་བུམ་འཛིན། །བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལྷ་མོ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་བསྐོར་བ། །བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿཡིས་སྤྱན་དྲངས་ནས། །ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿས་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་(༧ན)པར་གྱུར། །ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཧྲཱིཿལས་འོད་འཕྲོས་འཁོར་འདས་ཀྱི། །ཚེ་བཅུད་ཀུན་བསྡུས་བུམ་ནང་བསྐྱིལ་བར་གྱུར །ཨཱོཾ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ། །གཉིས་པ་དངོས་གཞིར་ཏིང་འཛིན་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ། །གཞལ་ཡས་གདན་ལྷ་དབང་བསྐུར་སྤྱན་དྲངས་བཞུགས། །ཕྱག་མཆོད་བསྟོད་པ་འཛབ་སྟེ་བཅུ་གསུམ་གྱི། །དང་པོ་དེ་བཞིན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཏིང་འཛིན་ནི། །ཧཱུཾ

与无别甘露相融合。拇指与食指相合,于金刚之中心。从“赫利”(藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:种子字)中生出的马头明王(Hayagriva)父母尊,从顶髻至甘露,一切汇集于交合之处,降临于颅器之内,一切皆为甘露所充满,犹如珍珠串。念诵七遍甘露真言后,血供(rakta)是: 念诵‘嗡 贝玛 班杂 曼达拉 仲’,于空行母(Yum)的空性三角之中,从‘玛’(ma)字生出日轮,其上有‘ra’字,血红之海翻腾,以‘斯帕拉纳 帕特’(spharana phat)生起的光芒四射,‘桑哈拉纳 吽’(samharana hum)。凶猛者聚集于此,‘吽 吽 班杂 帕特’(hum hum vajra phat)。 以父尊(Yab)的秘密处金刚杵之锤,击打,所有烦恼习气无余净化,化为田野的碎片飞扬,从飞溅之物中,生出欲妙天女,如天空中的云团般密集。念诵七遍:‘嗡 阿 吽 玛哈 惹达 扎拉 曼达拉 吽 赫利 塔’。 念诵七遍后,加持朵玛(供品):于颅器中,从‘格霍 库达 哈纳’(gho kuda hana)生出,从‘比努 玛拉 舒’(binu mara shu)生出五甘露,上方有五部佛父母的种子字和名号,从中光芒四射,点燃风之火,甘露沸腾,净化一切不净,成为具有百种无漏之味的堆积。念诵:‘嗡 阿 吽 玛哈 巴林达 德扎 巴林达 巴拉 巴德 格赫亚 萨玛雅 吽 赫利 塔’七遍。 加持扎嘎(食物):于扎嘎宝瓶化为宫殿光芒之中,从‘芒’(mam)字生出玛玛吉佛母(Mamaki),手持蓝色宝瓶,将三千世界五大元素之精华,全部汇集融入扎嘎之中。念诵:‘嗡 玛玛吉 瑞吉 瑞吉 迪叉 嘉纳 芒 梭哈’。念诵后,加持弯月:从‘吽’(hum)和‘芒’(mum)二字生出方便与智慧的日月,二者融合,成为乐空智慧之菩提心甘露,极度增长,成为具有增长无漏四喜之力的来源。念诵:‘嗡 菩提吉大 玛哈 舒卡 吼’。 念诵后,加持长寿食子:从‘仲’(bhrum)字生出长寿宝瓶,化为珍宝宫殿,八瓣莲花中央,从‘赫利’(hrih)字生出无量寿佛(Amitayus),红色,结等持印,手持长寿宝瓶,由八吉祥天女围绕,以‘班杂 萨玛扎’(vajra samaja)迎请,以‘扎 吽 班 吼’(jah hum bam hoh)融为一体。从心间的‘赫利’(hrih)字放出光芒,汇集轮回涅槃一切寿命精华,注入宝瓶之中。念诵:‘嗡 阿玉 嘉纳 泽 仲 吽’。 第二,正行,三种三摩地(ting 'dzin):观想宫殿、座垫、本尊,灌顶,迎请安住。十三支,即:顶礼、供养、忏悔、随喜、请转法轮、祈请不涅槃、奉献、祈加持、发愿、回向、长寿祈愿、吉祥祈愿。第一,如是之三摩地:‘吽’。

Mingling with the undifferentiated nectar. Joining thumb and forefinger, at the vajra's core. From 'Hrih' (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) arises Hayagriva, father and mother, from the crown to the nectar, all gathered at the point of union, descending into the skull cup, all filled with nectar, like a string of pearls. After reciting the seven nectar mantras, the rakta (blood offering) is: Recite 'Om Padma Bhava Mandala Bhrum', in the triangular space of the Dakini (Yum), from the letter 'Ma' arises a sun disc, upon which is the letter 'Ra', the sea of red blood churns, with 'Spharana Phat' the light radiates, 'Samharana Hum'. Fierce ones gather here, 'Hum Hum Vajra Phat'. With the father's (Yab) secret place, the vajra hammer, strike, all afflictions and habitual tendencies are completely purified, transforming into fragments of the field, scattering, from the scattered particles, arise desire goddesses, like dense clouds in the sky. Recite seven times: 'Om Ah Hum Maha Rakta Jwala Mandala Hum Hrih Thah'. After reciting seven times, bless the Torma (offering cake): In the skull cup, from 'Gho Kuda Hana' arises, from 'Binu Mara Shu' arise the five nectars, above are the seed syllables and names of the five Buddha families, from which light radiates, igniting the fire of wind, the nectar boils, purifying all impurities, becoming a heap of a hundred flavors of non-leakage. Recite: 'Om Ah Hum Maha Bhalinta Te Jwala Bhalinta Bhala Bhate Guhya Samaya Hum Hrih Thah' seven times. Bless the Jagat (food): In the Jagat vase, transformed into a palace of light, from the letter 'Mam' arises Mamaki, holding a blue vase, gathering all the essences of the five elements of the three thousand worlds, all absorbed into the Jagat itself. Recite: 'Om Mamaki Riki Riki Tishta Jnana Mam Svaha'. After reciting, bless the crescent moon: From the two syllables 'Hum' and 'Mum' arise the sun and moon of method and wisdom, the two are united, becoming the bodhicitta nectar of bliss-emptiness wisdom, greatly increasing, becoming a source of power that increases the four joys of non-leakage. Recite: 'Om Bodhicitta Maha Sukha Hoh'. After reciting, bless the longevity food: From the syllable 'Bhrum' arises the longevity vase, transformed into a precious palace, in the center of the eight petals, from the syllable 'Hrih' arises Amitayus, red, in meditative equipoise, holding the longevity vase, surrounded by the eight auspicious goddesses, invited with 'Vajra Samaja', becoming one with 'Jah Hum Bam Hoh'. From the 'Hrih' at the heart, light radiates, gathering all the life essence of samsara and nirvana, pouring into the vase. Recite: 'Om Ayu Jnana Tze Bhrum Hum'. Second, the main practice, the three samadhis (ting 'dzin): Visualize the palace, seat, deity, empowerment, invite and dwell. The thirteen branches, namely: prostration, offering, confession, rejoicing, requesting to turn the wheel of Dharma, requesting not to pass into nirvana, dedication, requesting blessings, aspiration, dedication, longevity prayer, auspicious prayer.
