When the time for diligence has arrived, from the mandala of the non-abiding wisdom mind, the power of the ten freedoms, uniting body, speech, and mind, I pray that it be bestowed upon me now. Thus, without accomplishing the signs and numbers of the wisdom dakini, all the vows of the three times, this morning, when the first ray of dawn rises, then drinking it is a special time to attain accomplishment, and the time has now come to bestow both supreme and common accomplishments. Buddhas, for the sake of others, do not act beyond the proper time, as it is said in the Hundred Deeds: "The abode of the ocean's sea monsters, the tidal waves may move beyond their time, but the sons who are to be tamed do not go beyond the Buddha's mind." There are two types of non-abiding. The wisdom of the Dharmakaya, free from the eight extremes of elaboration, as it is said in the Root Wisdom: "Whatever arises dependently, does not cease and is not born, does not come and does not go, is neither different nor the same in meaning, the pacification of elaboration is the teaching of peace." The Rupakaya, through the realization of the Prajnaparamita, does not abide in the extreme of samsara, and with great compassion, does not abide in the extreme of peace, which is wisdom. As it is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization: "With wisdom, one does not abide in existence, with compassion, one does not abide in peace, and one does not abandon samsara in nirvana." Thus, the minds of all the victors abide in the mandala of the wisdom dakini, which possesses the three liberations. As it is said in the Great Commentary Stainless Light: "The nature of all dharmas is without self-nature, and it is endowed with the supreme of all aspects, and the Prajnaparamita is the one who generates all dharmas, although it is the word of dharma-origination, it is also said in this way. The so-called place of origin of dharma is that from which all dharmas arise without self-nature, and the so-called dharmas without self-nature are the ten powers, and the four fearlessnesses, etc., and the eighty-four thousand aggregates of dharma. Because these arise, the place of origin of dharma is the pure land of all Buddhas, and the abode of Bodhisattvas, and the abode of great bliss, and the place of birth." As the Holy Avalokiteshvara said. ནས་ is a word of origin, such as: from that, generate the power of great compassion, etc. My body

Through relying on accomplishing the vows of speech and mind, one unites with the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagata's Mahamudra in the present moment. As stated in the Guhyagarbha: "Wisdom King, body, speech, and mind, Qualities and activities, exceedingly wondrous, In that very state of union, May I unite in the Mahamudra." Thus it is said. The ten powers are the ten external powers over the seven impure states of existence. By having power over life, one can remain for as many eons as one wishes. By having power over the mind, one can equally abide in and arise from immeasurable samadhi in each instant. By having power over resources, one can fill the great trichiliocosm with various foods and wealth merely by thinking of it. By having power over actions, one can engage in all crafts and activities as one desires. By having power over birth, one can be born in any desired realm of gods or humans. By having power over faith, one can transform all the earth into various jewels. By having power over aspirations, one can fulfill the aspiration to fill all worlds with Buddhas. By having power over miraculous abilities, one can hold immeasurable Buddha-fields in the sky with a single hair tip, and one can manifest in any way one desires. By having power over wisdom, one knows whatever one wishes to know. By having power over Dharma, one is skilled in distinguishing the names and meanings of all Dharmas. Moreover, these ten excellent powers exist in the three pure grounds, and therefore they are placed internally. In the Vinaya, it is said: "When Dipamkara, Gave the prophecy, At that time, The eighth bhumi is attained, And the ten powers will also be attained." Thus it is said. The ten perfectly pure powers exist in the Buddha-ground. The ten strengths are: Knowing that virtue and non-virtue also arise from causes, and knowing that the three, happiness, suffering, and neutrality, arise, is the power of knowing what is and is not the case. Knowing the opposite of that is the power of knowing what is not the case. Similarly, knowing the opposite of both wanting and not wanting. The exhausted phenomena, that is, contaminated and uncontaminated actions, and their maturation, encompassed by the phenomena of the three times, is the power of knowledge and the afflicted. And other than that, the various inclinations of beings and noble ones of the three times, such as middling and supreme, are the power of knowing. The five sense faculties with form, such as the eyes, the five formless consciousnesses, the five that desire mutual connection, the sixteen realms such as the sixteenfold emptiness of inherent nature.
