It is praised because it knows that supreme wisdom has no increase or decrease and no high or low. Here, the meaning of praise that arises at the time of the expansion of realization is also because the qualities of the three bodies of the Buddha are complete, the nine heads are the basis of the ten powers, the energy of wisdom is complete, and it is able to overwhelm all demons and heretics. As a symbolic sign, the nine heads are like all activities and actions that must be done by hand. The Buddha's body, speech, and mind are not mixed, and the symbolic meaning of the eighteen qualities is complete. The eighteen hands hold the vajra and conch, blood, and the ten wrathful heart-mother of the bodhisattva as mudras. The five senses and the five objects, as well as the three consciousnesses that have objects, do not create karma with attachment, but are sealed with the great mudra of the three-seated lotus wheel. Boundless in the great net of bliss and emptiness, it is praised for uniting with the great sphere of great purity and wisdom. Together with the alaya consciousness, mind, dharma, aggregates, elements, sources, realms, the collection of actions and agents, and the result, the deity of great purity and wisdom, the main deity and retinue of the three-seated lotus wheel, no matter what form they appear in, in reality, they have completely perfected the pure great qualities of the three bodies and the seven branches of union, because there is no high or low, only the Buddha dwells in them. In order to subdue sentient beings, the transformations are shown with the marks and examples of the peaceful and wrathful faces and hands, and the dances that appear as the main deity and retinue. All of them possess the nature of the one wisdom that is the most supreme of all the forms of the common glorious Heruka. I respectfully praise you, abandoning the thoughts of high and low. In the practice manual, it says that before the clear appearance of the deity arises, there is no need to perform radiating and withdrawing light, etc. If there is a tsa-tsa statue, then alternately gaze at it and familiarize yourself with it in your mind. This is the practice of the image that is observed by those with small minds and beginners before they are accustomed to it. Like a painting or clay sculpture drawn by a skilled craftsman, it possesses consecration and blessing, and serves as the object of mindfulness. Without deliberately meditating, gaze at it from head to toe without blinking. After becoming accustomed to it, even if thoughts arise like a mountain stream, do not be discouraged. Over time, you will understand the changes in it.

When the habitual tendencies are stable, even with eyes closed, the deity appears clearly in the mind, which is called "the experience of attainment." Through this clear appearance, enhance the attachment to ordinary phenomena, thereby practicing the form of appearance and emptiness like an illusion, like a flawless crystal vase or a rainbow, transparent inside and out, bright and radiant, like a reflection in a mirror. However, do not be too tense. Without obstructing the clear appearance, gently remain still. Even if dullness arises temporarily, do not interrupt it. By practicing in this way, gradually, one will be able to spontaneously draw forth the clear appearance of the deity's form from the state of non-conceptuality. At that time, train in transforming the object of focus into non-object, and single-pointedly meditate on oneself as the deity, abiding in the clear appearance, and generating firm pride. For those of middling capacity, first clearly visualize the entire posture of the deity, then visualize the head, the left and right hands, the upper part of the waist, the left and right feet, and the entire body together with the seat, one by one, clearly manifesting them. Practice visualizing the size of the deity, the number of main deities and retinues, the distance, and the length of the session, etc., without being fixed. First, look at the deity image for a long time, and keep the meditation session short. After getting somewhat accustomed, gradually shorten the viewing time and lengthen the meditation time. By learning the generation stage of illusory appearance, one will not fall into nihilism. As it is said in the 《སྐྱོ་བོའ་ིཚེ་མངོན་རྟོགས་བསྟོད་པའི་སྐབས་སུ།》, by practicing in the essence of samadhi, which is like a pure memory vajra, one will not fall into eternalism, this is the key. The scripture says: "First, establish with faith and devotion, the deity, pure land, and dharmata, when the three merge into one, one's own appearance is the ultimate Akanishta, there is no doubt about attaining Buddhahood in this." As it is said, for those of superior capacity, transcending the grasping of the nature of things as they are, practice the body of the great wisdom of the union of generation and completion, the form is clear and the essence is emptiness. While the dharmata is emptiness, the nature even distinguishes the black and white of the eyes, practice this generation stage of indivisible clarity and emptiness like a moon in water, free from attachment. According to the capacity of different individuals, adopt different methods of practice, and engage in retreats, etc. These are all the pith instructions of the Guru's Gathering of Intentions of the 《བཅད་བདུན་བླ་མ་དགོངས་འདུས།》, the ladder of the generation stage leading to Akanishta.
