Homage to the feet that increase the appearance of dominion over the earth. Homage to the guardians of the ten directions, who are Brahma, Indra, the god of wind who is free from truth, Yama, the god of fire, the lord of the ocean, the powerful one, the Yaksha who holds weapons, and who protect the ten directions. Rahu, time, fire, the moon and the sun, the moon-born auspicious white god, Ketu, the son of the sun, who has great splendor, homage to those who possess power, skill and miraculous abilities. Naga kings, victorious ones, the cause of victorious power, Padma, wealth-increasing, conch-shell protectors, infinite ones, those with lineage, the lords of the world, and the great lotus, powerful great nagas, etc. Other assemblies of beings, great corpses and urns, non-humans and those who are like humans, Gandharvas, beings, Rakshasas, great Yakshas, forgetful sky-goers, supreme ones. Nagas, beings, and so on, the six classes, the sixty protectors with their retinues, please come here and accept this adorned offering. Offering of purification, increase, and burning. Offering accomplished as nectar. Outer, inner, and secret three. In order for us to obtain the supreme siddhis, may the yoga of the four vajras be perfected, may the generation stage of the sixteen and fourfold divisions, and the power of reciting the mantra of the lineage also be accomplished. Swords and other subtle siddhis, siddhis of vidyadharas of the desire and form realms, and siddhis of the unchanging great seal, may you be the companions who help us achieve them in this very life. Perform the virtuous activities of pacifying and increasing, and the activities of subjugating and whatever is to be tamed, and through the fierce activities of killing, expelling, and stiffening, please perform the activities of taming the difficult to tame. May the teachings of the victorious ones spread in the ten directions, and may all beings be established in the state of desire and liberation. May we have increasing happiness and well-being without obstacles at this time, and may the Dharma practice increase like the waxing moon. Then, among the Dharma protectors, first praise the Lord and his retinue. Great Black One, to you I prostrate! Joyful in the teachings, your power and strength are inconceivable, Cutting down those who harm the Three Jewels, Holding the illusionary Ghaṇṭā in the center of your hand. Great Black One, to you I prostrate! Holding a garland of intestines and human heads as a necklace, In your right hand you hold a sharp copper knife, In your left hand you hold a skull cup filled with blood. Great Black One, to you I prostrate! In the past, you made a vow before the Sugatas, To protect the teachings and benefit beings, Remember your unwavering vow, I beseech you to accomplish all my purposes. Though your mind does not move from the sphere of reality, To accomplish the activities of all the Buddhas, You perform the benefit of beings through various emanations, Great and wrathful one, to you I prostrate! Your body is majestic like a mountain, Extremely beautiful like the color of the unchanging sky, Your head is the Dharmakāya, the oneness of Suchness, Your hands and feet show the profound meaning of the two truths. To cut off the six faults and destroy the armies of demons, In your right hand you hold a curved knife at your heart, Having abandoned desire, anger, and ignorance, in your left hand you hold, A skull cup filled with the blood of the wicked. To subdue the brains of demons with the great sound of Dharma, Holding the illusionary Ghaṇṭā in the center of your hand. Because the five Tathāgatas are completely pure, You have a crown of five dry human heads. Because the fifty Āli and Kāli are pure, You hold a necklace of fifty wet human heads. Having completely abandoned grasping, you wear a tiger skin as a skirt, Having subdued the great Nāgas, you are adorned with snakes. You are adorned with precious bone ornaments, extremely charming, You are heroic because you completely destroy the hordes of demons and their armies. With wrathful frowns and tightly clenched fangs, you are fearsome, To your body of various emanations, I prostrate! Your voice reaches the ends of the sky, You laugh loudly with Ha Ha Hi Hi and so on. Also showing excellent guidance, I bow to the mind of the naturally peaceful Dharmakaya. Hero, in order to greatly propagate the supreme teaching of the Able One, Subduing the misleading, entering the door of the Secret Mantra Vajrayana, Protect the Vajra holders who abide on the path. May all of us, together with our retinues, Have our bad dreams, omens, sins, and evil destinies, As well as our own selves, demons, untimely deaths, and so forth, May all inauspicious circumstances be pacified. Whoever thinks of benefiting me and mine, May all of them have long life, merit, And all the perfections of retinue and enjoyment, May they always increase without decline. Gods, humans, nagas, yakshas, and so forth, May the minds of all beings be pacified, And may all become subject to my power, And may they become vessels for the Great Vehicle's teaching. Those who cannot be subdued by peaceful means, Who are full of cruel and hateful minds, Who despise the holy body of the lama, Harm sentient beings, and harm the Buddha's teaching, May all the demons and misleading hosts Who obstruct the virtue of us yogi Vajra holders, By the power of your fierce manifest activity, Be expelled, tormented, bound, and stiffened, Be stupefied and lose their memory, May their body, speech, and mind's magical powers, Power, enjoyment, merit, and dominion, All be utterly ruined in an instant, And may they be afflicted by the four hundred and four diseases, And vomit warm blood from their mouths, May they be expelled and liberated right now. If you do not accomplish this task that I urge, In the presence of the Sugatas of the past, You vowed to protect the teaching of the Able One, May you not transgress that vow.
