24.Title of the Treatise..g2.0f

English

Also, Dema, Gema, etc., showed the fourth empowerment, which is the meaning of empowerment. "The one who ignites and agitates the fire," "the garland of flames," "the one who shines with great light," and "the lamp mother" also showed the burnt offerings for accomplishing the four actions and attainments. The empowerment also showed the consecration. Furthermore, this text very clearly shows the practice method of Tara, who is known as peaceful during the day and wrathful at night. Moreover, it is very famous for showing twenty-one practice methods and twenty-one action gatherings. Because there is too much, it is not elaborated here. The meaning of the conclusion is that the benefits of praise are shown afterwards. Among them, first are the two verses of the root mantra, etc. Praising through the ten-syllable gate of the root mantra is this itself. And, the praise with twenty-one "Homage" is also this. Therefore, "then" is a summarizing word. Among them, the meaning of the root mantra is: Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) is the supreme Brahma, the Dharmadhatu Dharmakaya, the holder of the jewel of all qualities, the essence of the Sugata, the supreme of Dharma. The wisdom arising from the Dharmakaya is Tare (藏文:ཏཱ་རེ,梵文天城体:तारे,梵文罗马拟音:tāre,汉语字面意思:Tara). The body arising from the primordial Dharma is Tuttare (藏文:ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ,梵文天城体:तुत्तारे,梵文罗马拟音:tuttāre,汉语字面意思:Quickly Courageous Tara). The great compassion arising from the inexpressible Dharma is Ture (藏文:ཏུ་རེ,梵文天城体:तुर,梵文罗马拟音:ture,汉语字面意思:Savioress), which is the emanation and activity. Svaha (藏文:སྭཱ,梵文天城体:स्वा,梵文罗马拟音:svā,汉语字面意思:May this be accomplished) is self-blessing, Ha (藏文:ཧཱ,梵文天城体:हा,梵文罗马拟音:hā,汉语字面意思:Ha) is Arali from the syllable Ha, Emaho (藏文:ཨེ་མ་ཧོ,梵文天城体:एमाहो,梵文罗马拟音:emāho,汉语字面意思:Wonderful) is play, the illusory body and realm, and limitless activities. Because it is praised through these meanings, it is the praise of the root mantra. The object to be done is the goddess, the Bhagavati, who is the object of praise. The doer is with true reverence. Who is the doer? It is the intelligent one. How is the method? Here, with great faith and diligence, reciting this praise, and rising in the evening and dawn, that is, standing up, with prostrations and offerings as the prelude, remembering the qualities of the Holy Mother. Its benefit is to completely bestow all fearlessness, to protect from all fears such as the eight great fears and sixteen great fears, and to strive to obtain the fearless place, the complete power. Here, "extremely" and "reciting," etc.

Because there is the word "pa" in Tibetan, it is convenient to say "read diligently." Therefore, any wise person who, during the six periods of night and so on, with reverence for the goddess and mindfulness of her virtues, diligently reads this hymn of praise, will have these benefits. This means that it should be understood in this way in all contexts, above and below. Sin is the result of sin, that is, diseases and evil spirits, and all previously existing obstacles and bad destinies will be completely pacified, and it will be possible to prevent sins that will occur in the future. Similarly, even those sentient beings who were previously destined to be born in the lower realms due to the power of sinful karma, can, by the power of reading the hymn of praise, exhaust the sinful karma, thereby attaining the state of destroying all births in the lower realms. That is, they will no longer be born in the lower realms. Conversely, it also shows that it is possible to achieve a perfect birth in the higher realms. Therefore, this shows that even in samsara, one can obtain the dual benefits of this life and the next. By reciting the hymns of praise to countless Buddhas and abiding in their practice, the seven million myriad Buddha emanations who go and abide together with this deity (referring to Tara), the practitioner will also be able to quickly see their faces. After seeing them, whether in reality or in a dream, they will bestow empowerment by means of light rays or gestures, or by causing a stream of nectar to flow. This shows that when maturing disciples, water empowerment is also given. Due to such empowerment, many obscurations are purified, many superior qualities of samadhi and dharani are obtained, and gradually one obtains many qualities that are more superior than this perfect retinue, and ultimately one obtains the accomplishment of Mahamudra. After obtaining accomplishment, one can rise to the status of a noble being, and ultimately attain the state of perfect and complete enlightenment. The above explains the benefits of attaining liberation and omniscience. In order to explain that other benefits can also be obtained in specific circumstances through the power of mantras, three verses are spoken. Among them, "its poison" and so on, refers to solid black poison accumulations and other poisons, as well as moving poisonous snakes, blisters, scabies, and other poisons. "Abiding" is a synonym for "solid," so both are said for ease of understanding. Or it refers to being solidified by virulent poison.

English

Or it can be said as "wavering." Namkha Sangpo said, "Any unwavering thing." It is easy to understand by modifying it like that. Such poison is very fierce, it can take life and cause great suffering. That kind of poison, just by remembering the root mantra of Tara, can eliminate great fear, that is, eliminate its harm, and transform it into nectar and so on. As it says, "Even if eaten or drunk," it should be placed before the phrase "remembering will completely eliminate it." Such poison, even if eaten or drunk, and even if touching poisonous ointments, can be eliminated in an instant by remembering the vidya-mantra. That is the meaning. In other translations, if "eaten and" is recited after the word "remembering," although it is connected to the following verse, as it appears in "kha di tam pi pa ta me wa ba" (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning), the sentence itself is easy to understand. Regarding demons and so on, there are various harms from demons, as well as diseases such as epidemics, and suffering from being afflicted by poison, etc., all of which one possesses, can be completely eliminated by the power of this root mantra of Tara. Not only can one attain liberation, but also the vidya-mantra practitioner, just by thinking in their mind, or just by performing peaceful actions, can also cause other sentient beings to eliminate those sufferings. Similarly, by taking the last line of all the verses, obstacles will disappear and demons and so on will be destroyed separately. Regarding two, three, seven, etc., two refers to day and night. Three refers to day and night, which can also be three sessions. In each of those sessions, in connection with practice, the praise is recited seven times, as it appears in the instructions of the lama. If recited in that way, a son, for the side of householders, is lineage, or for the side of renunciants, is wanting Dharma sons and disciples, so many sons or disciples will be obtained. Those who desire wealth will obtain wealth and enjoyment. In addition, peaceful activities and pills and eye medicine, swords and yakshinis, great treasures, and all kinds of siddhis will be obtained. This is the praise to the Holy Tara, spoken by the perfectly complete Buddha Vairochana.

This comes from the "Seven Hundred Chapters, King of Tara Tantras." So it is said. Although it is said to be in the tantras of various activities, it can also be seen here nowadays. However, since the wise consider this to be a composed tantra, it does not originate from here. It is also not contradictory to be a fragment of an extensive tantra or a condensed tantra, etc. "Complete" means "sama-sta," which means to obtain correctly. To the mother of the Buddhas of the three times, this tantra of praise is well explained, and by whatever virtue is obtained from it, may the state of the noble one be accomplished! This explanation of the Twenty-One Praises to Tara was also spoken by Taranatha. Proofread. Mangalam! Homage!
