Thinking if there was more, I asked again. The Guru said, "This needs to receive empowerment." So, in the temple of Tashi Khri Go, he gave the complete empowerment including external arrangements. After that, the supreme secret instructions were given for three years. The Guru said, "There is a template for these; you will receive it when the time comes." In this way, he almost completed all the key instructions. After that, regarding the intention of Yeshe Do (Wisdom Sutra), the key instructions had been requested completely. Thinking about whether to go to India, he later changed his mind, thinking that going to other places was meaningless, and that he already had the key instructions for attaining Buddhahood. He thought, "I will practice here and serve the Guru." So he reported to the Guru, saying, "Please allow me to practice." The Guru said, "If you want to practice, you must complete the empowerment; this must be done as the method of fragments." So, in an empty city, he gave the complete empowerment of non-activity. After that, in one year, on the top of the great mountain called Kosali, he completed the act of distinguishing samsara and nirvana, and gave the complete empowerment of extreme non-activity, and again, uncommon certainty arose. After that, in one month, he gave the complete empowerment of utter non-activity, and thus gained control over his own mind. After that, for sixteen years, he observed the Guru's actions and practiced accordingly. During that time, Shri Singha sometimes performed the behavior of silent wind yoga, and sometimes performed special behaviors, riding tigers and buffaloes, naked, smeared with blood and fat, with a huge hairstyle on his head, adorned with various feathers, holding a sword in his right hand, drinking from a skull filled with blood in his left hand, wandering in cemeteries, sometimes riding an elephant, wearing a tiger skin on his body, shaking a hand drum, wearing a worldly hat, wandering in cemeteries, and so on, performing various actions. Sometimes, for the benefit of beings, he would also perform the interdependent connections of earth, water, fire, and wind. After that, at that time, Shri Singha was invited by the king of Li, named Auspicious Giver, and on a white lion with six legs, a silk tent was erected.

The top is like an umbrella made of various lotus petals spread out. On the waist is painted a wheel like a stack of turquoise jewels. At the base, there is an intermediate layer surface like the heart of a lotus joined together. On top of the lowest layer is a tree king called Sengdha, which exists in all directions. All the branches of that tree are connected to each other, forming a net like jade threads connected, and like a half-open net. In the lower layers, there are many creatures living in the cemetery. Above it, many goddesses surround it. Above it, many female lay devotees holding fans surround it. Above it, many emanated birds surround it. From there, half a yojana straight south, inside a glass house with a door, resides a worldly deity called Yama Time Limit, who is black in color, with disheveled hair and bared fangs, a large belly, and upturned eyes, surrounded by a thousand worldly mothers. Above that resides the deity Duta Ri, who travels throughout Jambudvipa, who is red in color, naked, riding a donkey, with blood-hair covering the earth, smoke billowing from his eyes, fire blazing from his mouth, holding a trident in his right hand with a human corpse hung upside down, and holding a vase in his left hand. He is surrounded by eight hundred demons, whose activity is to terrify with fresh blood, and there is also an oath-breaking executioner. In that cemetery, countless piles of new and old corpses are stacked one upon another, beyond measure. The creatures living in that cemetery enjoy countless kinds of tree fruits and do not believe in flesh and blood. In that direction, there is a house of wet human heads. To the east lives the wise and glorious intellect, who rides a garuda and travels throughout the three realms, with a dark bluish-black color and five faces, his hair coiled upwards in a topknot, surrounded by a garland of skulls, holding a wheel, a lotus, a spear, a small plow, a bow and arrow in his ten hands. On the left, he holds a bhikshu, a lion, a wolf-dog, a banner, a bow, etc., adorned with a cemetery, and his retinue is of the peaceful lineage.
