Then, the mother of Western Oddiyana, in a place called "Possessing Island", a dakini named "Auspicious Holder", will take it out from the island in the ocean, and promote the teachings again. Then the seventh teaching, universally present, the lord of Brahma of samsara and nirvana, holding on the crown of the thousand-petaled lotus of great bliss, thus and thus teaching: Sixty-four kotis of Buddhas declared that this is the great secret that they have completely mastered.
