"Knowing no place to abide." Therefore, the great self-master's reasoning establishes that all dharmas are inherently abiding in the nature of the great primordial wisdom of self-arising mind. The measuring reasoning directly realizes the state of the continuum of the nature-cause, which is the unique view of the Great Perfection. As the Ocean says: "Like the image of a clear ocean, Without focusing on the image of sound, Self-cognizance is directly free from elaboration, Self-luminous, free from three, unwavering, Whoever has certainty in conviction, Has reached the ultimate view of hearing, thinking, and meditation." Also, as the Fierce Lightning says: "If direct awareness is decided, The yogi will reach the bhumis." Thus, based on the certainty of the meaning of the view, there are two: the stages of the path of means and the stages of liberation. First, among these, "The path of liberation is shown as means," meaning that by engaging in the actions that bind, one obtains the fruit of liberation. Primarily, relying on the distinction of means, the extraordinary result of ascetic practice is quickly accomplished. Therefore, if an ascetic who does not abandon the three poisons engages in impure conduct, if they engage with certainty in the view, they will not only not be bound, but will quickly obtain the fruit of liberation. If someone who is not like that engages in it, they will not only not obtain liberation, but will have a great danger of falling into the lower realms, like the union of Maksika, with great benefit and harm. There are two such paths of means: "The doors of the upper and lower instructions." The former means gradually meditating according to the order, relying on the six chakras of one's own body's upper door, experiencing the wisdom of great bliss through the union of blazing and dripping, as taught in the Explanatory Tantra Ocean. The latter is the sudden approach, relying on the two secret places of the dakini's lower door of another's body, through the four unions of approaching, closely approaching, practicing, and great practice, forcibly generating the wisdom of bliss and emptiness in an instant, which is the sudden path of means that completes the bhumis and paths in an instant, as taught in the Explanatory Tantra Ashes. Second, regarding the path of liberation, it is mainly established and realized by the three wisdoms, so that the bonds of one's own continuum are naturally liberated, and one becomes liberated in the realm of dharmata. Although there is no quick distinction like the path of means, there is a difference in how to combine with the result.

Now, a precious gem with little danger is like the कौस्तुभ (kaustubha). Regarding this, there are two types of empowerment, sudden and gradual. The first is: liberation at the time of empowerment, like Indrabhuti. The second is: In the Heart Essence Tantra, it says, "Possessing the characteristics of knowing and entering, Holding, the cause and condition for the ripening of fruit, Whoever becomes capable, Is known as the field of the Vidyadhara Victorious Ones." There are three aspects to this: The cause is the view of the characteristic of knowing, the condition is the samadhi of the characteristic of entering, and the result of the path's transformation is the Vidyadhara. The first has already been mentioned above. The second, samadhi, has two types: aspiration and meditation, and definitive completion. The first is: merely the general appearance of the meaning, meditating with aspiration as the path. The second is: learning the samadhi of the two stages until the five experiences are perfected, as stated in the commentary on Vimala's Mudra Contemplation, "Movement, attainment, habituation, stability, perfection, are the ways in which meditative experiences arise." According to this, the path to be meditated upon is: In the Heart Essence Tantra, it says, "The order of existence matures gradually, Establishing five branches of entry, Whatever all things are self-aware, Shī is the ultimate truth of reality, Birth and intermediate state are all relative, The three orders of existence are non-dual meaning." Therefore, the complete teaching of the path that simultaneously trains the three existences of death, intermediate state, and birth is: The path that corresponds to the clear light of death is great emptiness, the path that corresponds to the intermediate state is great compassion, and the path that corresponds to the three orders of existence is the single mudra, as well as the mudra with elaboration, and the accumulation of gatherings, totaling five. Among these, the coarse is the generation stage, and the subtle is the completion stage, there are two ways of combining them. The first is: When sentient beings die and transfer, at the end of the complete dissolution of the inner and outer stages, the clear light of the Dharmakaya appears at the time of death. In order to take this as the path, all phenomena gathered by appearance and sound, meditate on the samadhi of the Dharmakaya's non-elaboration suchness, and without losing sight of the clear light itself, in order to purify the habitual tendencies of the illusory state of the intermediate state mind-body, meditate on the nature of the great compassion of the all-appearing samadhi without an object, pervading space, and without being liberated from that basis in the intermediate state, enter the mother's womb.
