What is the initial state of everything? It is because it is the wisdom that can be experienced by each individual's own intelligence. As Nagarjuna said in "In Praise of the Mother of Prajnaparamita": "Beyond speech, thought, and expression, the Prajnaparamita, Unborn, unceasing, the nature of space itself, The field of activity of self-cognizant wisdom, To the Mother of the Buddhas of the three times, I prostrate." And also, "I have found a Dharma like nectar, profound, peaceful, free from elaboration, and uncompounded light." etc., all express the inconceivable wisdom. Furthermore, seeing the self-nature of this (Dharmata) is called seeing the ultimate truth, and one cannot merely regard the emptiness of nothingness as the ultimate truth. Therefore, the Dharmata Parinishpanna is the non-dual Suchness wisdom, therefore, for the Dharma of consciousness, the Buddha Dharmakaya that has completely transcended, and what is expressed by the name of Svabhavikakaya, the classification of the three tantras mentioned in the Secret Mantra, as well as the deity, mantra, Vajradhara, great bliss, the emptiness that possesses all kinds of excellence, and the indestructible great bindu, which is the basis of the primordial body, speech, and mind, etc., the cause and effect of the Great Vehicle, the object to be tamed, the method of taming, and the result of taming, etc., and the unique classifications of ground, path, and fruit, also abide in the Dharma that contradicts the tenets of what is known as the Mind-Only school, and do not abide in the path that is like self-emptiness, but abide in the intention of the final turning of the wheel, explained by the great lords of the ten bhumis, and taught by the tantric classes, one relying on the other without contradiction, this must be understood. Precisely because of this, the intention of the final teaching is not completely the same as the worldly Mind-Only proponents, but the necessity of the lower and lower vehicles gradually merges into the higher and higher vehicles, and ultimately becomes one, although there is no contradiction, the lower vehicle is far more excellent than the higher vehicle, one must understand that this is the precious characteristic of the Sugata's teachings, if not, then in the first turning of the wheel, after teaching suffering, selflessness, impurity, and impermanence, in the middle turning of the wheel, everything is established as emptiness, and then again in the final

Impurity, impurity, permanence, self, indicating the pure self, regarding the meaning of the meaning, if one does not understand with the firm wisdom that has become the four reliances, but only understands according to the literal meaning, it will confuse the beings to be tamed and become a conceptualizer who contradicts the teachings. Considering this, the commentary on the Uttaratantra says: In short, these four types of people are considered to be without eyes to see the Tathagatagarbha. Which four? Namely: ordinary people, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas who have newly entered the Mahayana. As it is said: World Honored One, the Tathagatagarbha is not the realm of those who fall into the view of the aggregates, delight in perversion, and whose minds are distracted by emptiness. As it is said and so on, this principle is also very easy to prove in all other sutras and shastras, but only these are quoted here, and no more details are given. Now, these teachings are divided into those that need interpretation and those that do not. These three turnings of the wheel of Dharma are the methods for removing the coarse, subtle, and extremely subtle adventitious stains above. The three are consistent in removing the stains on the single Tathagatagarbha, and act according to the size. Thus, the first turning of the wheel causes people to become disgusted with samsara through impermanence, etc., and becomes the cause of entering the gate of Nirvana. The second turning of the wheel becomes the antidote to the clinging to characteristics such as the view of self in the world through the three doors of liberation. The third turning of the wheel causes people to comprehend the vast conduct of the Sugata with the words of non-retrogression. As it is said in the Dharani King's Question Sutra: Son of good family, for example, a skilled gem craftsman, who is good at cleaning gems, takes out a gem that has not been completely cleaned from the gem, soaks it in muddy alkaline water, and thoroughly cleans it with strands of hair. Similarly, after that, it is soaked in the juice of food and thoroughly cleaned with a woolen cloth. Similarly, after that, it is soaked in the juice of good medicine.
