珍爱誓言，永不动摇21！ 那些心随罪恶，不用佛法调伏的人， 不与菩提为友，无尽业力之轮， 使众生心神不宁，在疑惑中徘徊。 愿那些心怀恶毒想法的统治者，他们的前程不会衰败22！ 愿众生也能因愚痴之魔，以及嗔恨、吝啬、贪恋等， 看到无尽衰败之业及其果报后，彻底舍弃。 通过戒律、谨慎的思考和善行，学习佛陀的教诲， 愿他们逐渐依赖于菩提之行，达到极致的寂静23！ 那些贪恋虚幻财富的愚童们， 像转动红眼眉毛的藤蔓一样，用手等四肢， 挥舞着刀剑之轮，进行杀戮、砍伐、殴打、束缚。 愿残暴行为带来的痛苦，只剩下身体和名字24！ 舌头如利剑般挥舞，牙齿锋利无比，三只眼睛， 发出“咔哈咔哈”的笑声，跳着震动大地的舞蹈， 手掌沾满鲜血，傲慢地夺取他人性命的妖魔们， 愿他们被慈悲之水浸润内心，像母亲一样守护众生25！ 愿那些行走者也能舍弃恶毒之心，显现欢喜的忆念， 时时刻刻，像沉香木的烟雾一样，青色的云彩， 在大地的道路上蔓延，用甘露般的雨水， 使众生享用的一切，包括根和果实，都繁荣生长26！ 愿风、胆汁、痰液的增减和紊乱所引起的一切，以及黑暗遮蔽四方， 快乐和痛苦如闪电般嬉戏，瞬间无常变动， 难以忍受的寒热交替，以及滴落毒液的舌头，这些断绝众生生命的因素， 都被伟大圣者的真实之语之水彻底摧毁27！ 愿被束缚在四大海之下的，拥有绳索的快乐女神们， 满足于各自的领地和财富，不喜争斗， 在撑起政教双运的白伞所带来的利益和幸福的阴凉下， 休憩的民众们，所有的疲惫都消散，圆满。

Cherish the vows and never waver! Those whose minds follow evil and are not tamed by the Dharma, Not befriending enlightenment, the wheel of endless karma, Makes beings restless and wander in doubt. May those rulers with malicious thoughts not have their future decline! May beings also, through the demon of ignorance, and hatred, miserliness, attachment, etc., Seeing the endless decaying karma and its results, completely abandon them. Through discipline, mindful thought, and virtuous deeds, learning the teachings of the Buddha, May they gradually rely on the practice of enlightenment, attaining ultimate peace! Those foolish children who crave illusory wealth, Like vines twisting red-eyed eyebrows, with hands and other limbs, Wielding the wheel of swords, killing, cutting, striking, and binding. May the suffering caused by brutal behavior be reduced to just the body and name! Tongues flashing like swords, teeth razor-sharp, three eyes, Emitting "kaha kaha" laughter, dancing and shaking the earth, Hands stained with blood, arrogantly taking the lives of others, may the hosts of demons, May their hearts be moistened by the water of compassion, protecting beings like a mother! May those who walk also abandon malicious thoughts, manifesting joyful mindfulness, At all times, like the smoke of agarwood, blue clouds, Spreading on the paths of the earth, with streams of nectar-like rain, May everything that beings can enjoy, including roots and fruits, flourish and grow! May all the increases, decreases, and disturbances of wind, bile, and phlegm, and the darkness that obscures the directions, The joy and sorrow that play like lightning, momentary impermanence and change, Unbearable alternating heat and cold, and tongues dripping venom, which cut off the life of beings, Be utterly destroyed by the water of the great sage's true words! May the joyful goddesses bound beneath the four great oceans, Content with their own territories and wealth, not delighting in strife, In the cool shade of benefit and happiness brought by the white umbrella of the dual system of Dharma and governance, The resting people, all weariness dispelled, complete.
