There is an instruction on how to receive empowerment. Among them, the two-stage key instructions of the oral transmission given by Vajrapani completely possess the foundation of the actual path of the Great Perfection. When Je Tsongkhapa prayed to the great accomplished one to dispel doubts about the profound correct view, he requested the Lord of Secrets, and the reply given by the Lord of Secrets, in the Supreme Nectar Medicine, says: The intention of the father Samantabhadra, the heart words of the mother Samantabhadri, the secret words of Vajradhara, the pinnacle of the vehicle, the mind itself is clear light, completely cut off in the practice of great medicine. It also says: The Vajra of Karma, the essence of awareness is emptiness, which has not been created by anyone, without cause, without conditions, it has existed from the very beginning. Do not modify this, just leave it in its original state, and the place of delusion is to become enlightened in the realm of original purity. Similarly, this self-nature clear light is spontaneously accomplished from the beginning, inseparable from emptiness. Its clear compassion is without cessation, and whatever arises, know that its self-nature is not established, and all three are the Great Union. Enlightenment is achieved in inseparability. And so on. In the generation and completion stage nectar drop of Vajrapani, the wisdom deity said: In the unborn, beyond-mind dharmadhatu, the unceasing, free from elaboration appears in any way, samsara and nirvana are non-dual, pure from the beginning, self-appearance, unborn, dissolves into the realm. Thus it is said. If the delusion of grasping at reality is not eliminated, practicing emptiness is a place of error, if emptiness is not separated from consciousness, the appearance of duality cannot be liberated by the Dharma. Wanting to achieve the five bodies, wanting to abandon the five poisons, wanting to attain Buddhahood, wanting to abandon samsara, etc., if the grasping and rejection of these are not cut off, then the meaning of the true essence will not be found, like a blind person searching for the edge of the sky, constantly wandering in the realm of samsara. Even clinging to the mere absence of thought, the Dharma that is made up cannot be liberated, ultimate truth is not the object of consciousness, the exhaustion of consciousness and the exhaustion of Dharma is the pinnacle of the vehicle. Do not give a name of awareness to the self-mind dharmakaya, which is without substance. The Bodhicitta that cannot be seen, possessing the essence of emptiness and compassion, rest in the state of unspeakable thought, rest in the state beyond consciousness, rest freely in the state of non-action.

ཞོག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་བློ་ཡི་ཚིག། ཞོག་དང་མ་ཞོག་ཐ་སྙད་མེད།། "Zhok" is the word of mind. There is no term for zhok and non-zhok. Nameless, unspeakable, free from the basis of permanence. The mind of permanence subsides into the expanse. Rejection and acceptance, abandoning and taking, vanish into the void. In general, there are four: view, meditation, conduct, and result. View is to be without desire. Meditation is to meditate on the mind, pacifying grasping. Conduct is to act without action, cultivating without attachment. The result is the Dharmakaya, inherent in oneself. Abandon the desire and aspiration to accomplish from elsewhere. The essence of all of these combined. Like the essence of clarified butter. This drop of nectar of instruction. Like the supreme essence, the milk of a lioness. Because the Dharma language of Dzogchen is distinct from other philosophical systems, one can attain accomplishment through this path. It is said by Je Gungru and Tokden Jampal Gyatso that Je Tsongkhapa's practice was in accordance with Mahamudra and Dzogchen, except when establishing the tenets of Madhyamaka. In reality, it can be known by regarding the answers that cut through the doubts about the views of the great siddhas as supreme nectar medicine. If it were not so, Tsongkhapa, being vast in his knowledge of terminology, would not need to rely on great siddhas merely for the view of the Gorampa. Similarly, Panchen Lobsang Gyaltsen said in his Mahamudra instruction manual: "Dzogchen, Mahamudra, Madhyamaka, as well as Lamdre, Chö, Zhi-je, etc., སོ་སོའི་མིང་འདོགས་མང ན་ཡང།། ཉམས་ལེན་ཅན་གྱི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པས།། དཔྱད་ན་དགོངས་པ་གཅིག་ཏུ་འབབ། although their names are different, for a yogi who practices, if examined, their intention converges into one." As such, this is also said in general because it is reversed by practice. Compared to the intelligence of speculation, it is a place to generate rejoicing when measuring the capacity of those who regard the guru's instructions as precious. Je Phawangkhapa Paljor Lhundrup was a great master of yoga who relied on his father, Rigdzin Tsewang Norbu, and Rangdrol Nyida Sangye, and thus gained stability on the path of Dzogchen Nyingthig, and wrote instructional manuals that generally introduce the three—Mahamudra, Dzogchen, and Madhyamaka—and so on. He also composed some clarifying texts on Nyingthig. The Great Fifth Dalai Lama received the Dzogchen... from this master.
