Those who are not afraid to measure the profound places, like the two supreme ornaments of the world, Nagarjuna and Asanga, Rongzom Chokyi Zangpo, the omniscient Dharma King Longchen Rabjampa, and many others who have reached the other shore of the ocean of learning. In common, the four medical tantras translated by the emanation translator Vairochana also give great breath to infinite beings. Furthermore, through the four activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful, with profound methods for accomplishing limitless activities, even in this land of snow (Tibet), when threatened by great fears, it was necessary to take refuge in the Nyingma school and its followers through direct and indirect means. Although Sakya Pandita was able to defeat the plunderer Gawa with reason, when he tried to fly into the sky, it was like being bound by 'dag phyar ba with the mantra of Vajrakila. If it is obvious and correct, then the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are solely for the benefit of other sentient beings, so one should consider where to push the teachings that have the activities of higher realms and definite goodness. Considering this, the great scholar Ngok Lotsawa Zhonnu Pal said: In general, since Dharma destroyed the Dharma, for more than seventy years, there was not even one ordained person in the U-Tsang region. The Nyingma mantra holders in each region brought auspiciousness with special practices. The lay people also believed in them and pleased them with food, clothing, etc., receiving only vase empowerments, and through gradual maturation, when Klu-mes and other six or eight people from U-Tsang appeared, temples and Sangha communities increased without number in each region and sub-region. The sutras and treatises translated in the time of the kings and ministers could be enjoyed without diminishing. Many scholars and accomplished beings arose, most of whom also came from the lineage of Nyingma accomplished ones. As it is said, scattered instructions of Dzogchen composed by the Indian masters Indrabodhi, Yeshe Zhap, Naropa, etc. came to Tibet.
