Whatever treasures you need, please command. He will follow the order and fulfill all the king's wishes. Correspondingly, this precious minister receives empowerment, is given this name, possesses extraordinary divine eyes and the seven treasures, perfectly fulfills all the needs of self and others, and has the power to understand all knowledge. May he be like a wish-fulfilling tree, fulfilling all desires, may he be compassionate to beings, and perfectly accumulate the two accumulations of merit and wisdom. May the jewel of the powerful minister help you obtain the rule of the Chakravartin King. With the land completely pure, may she wish to truly gather the benefits of self and others, and may she become endowed with wealth and splendor. For the sake of protecting the ten perfections, the wisdom-holding precious consort, may she enjoy the treasures of the four means of gathering, the four immeasurables, life, and possessions. A goddess emanated from the realm of wisdom, a consort who accomplishes the desired purpose, connected by power and faith. The auspiciousness of the precious consort, the seventh chapter. The seventh chapter, the empowerment of the precious general. What is the conduct of the precious general like? It is: intelligent, clear, quick-witted, focused, able to act according to the king's wishes, able to subdue enemy armies, skilled in the application of all sounds, wearing armor that subdues all conflicts. Correspondingly, bestowing this precious general, with the name "So-and-so," having perfected the ultimate meaning of non-dual means and wisdom, may he be endowed with the complete wisdom of skillfully using all assemblies of fears. Subduing the army of harm, donning the armor of diligence, becoming the protector from fear, bestowing fearlessness upon beings. May this general of the teaching of means and wisdom be protected by the army of power, strength, and miraculous abilities.
