་ཤེས་བཅུག་ལ་བུམ་པས་བཀྲུ། །དབང་བསྐུར་རྫོགས་ནས་མཆོད་པ་བྱ། །སྤྱན་ལྔ་རྣམ་དག་རབ་རིབ་སྐྱོན་བྲལ་ཏེ། །དབྱེ་དང་མི་དབྱེ་མཚན་མ་གཉིས་མེད་དེ། །སྲི་ཞུའི་ཚུལ་དུ་གསེར་གྱི་ཐུར་མ་འདིས། །སྣ་ཚོགས་སྦྱངས་པའི་སྤྱན་ནི་དབྱེ་བགྱིས་པས། །རང་དང་སྤྱི་ཡི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཆོས་རྣམས་ལ། །ཆོས་ཀུན་ཇི་ལྟར་མཁྱེན་ཅིང་གཟིགས་པ་ལྟར། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀུན་གྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྟེ། །བདག་ཅག་མུན་ལོང་ལྟ་བུ་གསལ་བར་ཤོག །ཨོ་ཙཀླུ་ཤོ་དྷ་ནི། པྲ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཕཊ། ཉེ་རིང་ཀུན་ནས་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་སྙན་མངའ་བ། །མ་འགགས་གསལ་640བའི་སྐྱོན་རྣམས་རྣམ་དག་ཀྱང་། །སེམས་ཅན་བག་ཆགས་མ་ལུས་བསལ་སླད་དུ། །གསེར་གྱི་སྤབ་བཞར་སྙན་ཁུང་གསལ་ཕྱིར་འདིས། །བདག་ཅག་མ་ལུས་མཐའ་ཡས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བས་ལེགས་པར་གསུངས་པ་ཡི། །བདེ་གཤེགས་བསྟན་པའི་ཐེག་པ་མ་ལུས་ཀུན། །སྐྱེ་བ་ཀུན་ཏུ་ཐོས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་་༑ག །ཨོ་ཀརྣ་ལོ་མ་མར་དྷ་ར་ཧུ༷། ཤངས་ཀྱི་རླུད་གིས་ཁམས་གསུམ་སྦྱོང་མཛད་པ། །དབང་པོ་མཆོག་གིས་དྲི་མཆོག་ཡུལ་ལ་རོལ། །ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་ཚུལ་གྱེ་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་མཛད་པ། །ཉོན་མོངས་སྐྱོན་བྲལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྣམ་དག་པ། །བཀུར་སྟི་རི་མོས་གསེར་གྱི་སྨད་ཚར་གྱིས། །ཤངས་ཀྱི་སྤུ་བསལ་བཏོག་པའི་ཟུག་རྔུ་སྟོན། །ཡེ་ཤེས་ཐོགས་མེད་རླུད་གིས་བཀང་བསྐྱོད་ནས། །འོག་མིན་བླ་མེད་གནས་སུ་ཕྱིན་པར་ཤོག །ཨོ་སརྦ་ལོ་མ་དྷ་ར་ཧུ༷། དཔལ་གྱི་མགུལ་ནས་ཚངས་པའི་གསུང་ཕྱུང་བ། །ཅིར་ཡང་སྟོན་པ་ལྗགས་ཀྱི་དྲི་བསལ་ཏེ། །བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་བཞི་སྟོང་ཆོས་སྒོ་སྟོན་མཛད་པ། །ཚམས་དཀར་བཞི་བཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་རྣམ་དག་ལ། །རིན་ཆེན་མཆོག་གྲུབ་དངུལ་གྱི་ཚེམས་ཤིང་གིས། །བཀུར་སྟི་རིམ་གྲོས་ཚེམས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་བསལ་བས །བདག་ཅག་གསུང་གིས་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་གྱུར་ནས། །འགྲོ་དྲུག་སྐད་དུ་ཆོས་ནི་སྟོན་པར་་།ག །ཨོ་སརྦ་གླེ་ན་ཤ་པ་ཏ་ར་ན་ཧུ༷་གྲྭ་ཧྭ། །དབུ་ལོ་རིན་ཆེན་ལྕང་ལོར་འཁྱིལ་པ་འོ། །མཐོན་མཐིང་གཡས་སུ་འཁྱིལ་བའི་641༄༅། །ལྕང་ལོར་འཁྱིལ། །མཛེས་པའི་གཙུག་ཏོར་འབར་བས་བརྒྱན་པ་ལྟར། །ལྷ་མིན་ཀུན་གྱིས་བལྟས་པས་མི་ངོམས་པར། །དུག་གསུམ་དྲི་བྲལ་མཚན་མ་མི་མངའ་ཡང་། །བཀུར་སྟིའི་རིམ་པར་དུང་གི་སོ་མངས་ཀྱིས། །ཤད་པ་དུག་གསུམ་འཁོར་བའི་སྐྱོན་བྱང་ནས། །བདག་ཅག་འགྲོ་ཀུན་རྣམ་གྲོལ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །རྒྱལ་བའི་དབུ་གཙུག་མཐོན་མཐིང་ལྡན་པ་ལ། །ཉོན་མོངས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲི་མས་མ་གོས་ཏེ། །རིན་ཆེན་འབར་བའི་སྡུག་བ

令知曉並以寶瓶沐浴，灌頂圓滿後作供養。五眼清淨，遠離昏花之過患，無有分別與不分別之相，以恭敬之儀，以此金針，開啓淨化種種之眼。如您了知並照見自與共之特徵諸法，以及一切法之方式，願成爲一切佛陀智慧之成就，令我等如盲者般得見光明。嗡 紮格魯 秀達尼 紮貝 霞雅 帕的。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 遠近皆具神通之耳，無礙清明，然爲淨除衆生一切習氣，以此金刮，爲令耳孔清淨，我等一切無邊無際之衆生，三世諸佛所善說之，善逝教法之一切乘，願生生世世獲得聽聞之成就。嗡 嘎爾那 洛瑪 瑪爾達 啦 吽。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 以鼻垢淨化三界，以殊勝之根於殊勝之境中享樂，以方便與智慧之方式利益衆生，遠離煩惱之過患，智慧清淨者，以恭敬之儀，以金鑷子，示現拔除鼻毛之刺痛。願以無礙之智慧，充滿鼻垢並運行，往生於色究竟天無上之處。嗡 薩爾瓦 洛瑪 達啦 吽。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 從光榮之喉間發出梵音，示現一切，淨除舌之垢染，示現八萬四千法門，於四十二淨妙之處，以珍寶所成之銀牙籤，以恭敬之儀，淨除牙齒之障礙，願我等獲得語之成就，能以六道衆生之語言宣說佛法。嗡 薩爾瓦 格列那 夏巴 達啦那 吽 紮 吽。（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 頂髮如珍寶髮辮般盤繞，深藍色向右盤繞的髮辮，如以美妙之髮髻光芒莊嚴般，令諸天非天觀看亦不厭足。雖無三毒之垢染，亦無相狀，然以恭敬之儀，以海螺之梳子，梳理淨除三毒輪迴之過患，願我等一切衆生獲得解脫。勝者之頂髻具深藍色，未染汙煩惱痛苦之垢染，珍寶光芒之痛苦

May they be made aware and bathed with the vase. After the empowerment is complete, make offerings. The five eyes are pure, free from the defect of dimness. There is no distinction between separation and non-separation. In a respectful manner, with this golden needle, may the eyes that have been purified in various ways be opened. Just as you know and see the characteristics of individual and common dharmas, and how all dharmas are, may it become the accomplishment of all Buddha wisdom, illuminating us like the blind. Om Tsa Klu Sho Dha Ni Pra Be Sha Ya Phat. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Possessing miraculous ears from near and far, although unobstructed and clear, in order to eliminate all the habitual tendencies of sentient beings, with this golden scraper, to purify the ear canals, may we, all limitless beings, in all lifetimes, attain the accomplishment of hearing all the vehicles of the Sugata's teachings, which have been well spoken by the Buddhas of the three times. Om Karna Loma Marda Ra Hum. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Purifying the three realms with nasal mucus, enjoying the supreme object with the supreme sense, benefiting beings with the methods and wisdom, free from the defects of afflictions, pure wisdom, with respectful gestures, with golden tweezers, showing the pain of plucking nose hairs. May the unobstructed wisdom fill and move the nasal mucus, and may we go to the supreme place of Akanishta. Om Sarva Loma Dhara Hum. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) From the glorious throat, emanating the voice of Brahma, showing everything, purifying the impurities of the tongue, showing the eighty-four thousand Dharma gates, in the forty-two pure and wonderful places, with a silver toothpick made of precious jewels, with respectful gestures, purifying the obstacles of the teeth, may we attain the accomplishment of speech, and be able to proclaim the Dharma in the languages of the six realms. Om Sarva Glena Shapa Tarana Hum Trah Hwah. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) The hair on the head is coiled like a precious jewel braid, the deep blue braid coiled to the right, as if adorned with the radiance of a beautiful crest, so that even the gods and asuras are never satisfied of seeing. Although free from the impurities of the three poisons, and without characteristics, yet with respectful gestures, with a comb of conch shell, combing and purifying the defects of the three poisons of samsara, may we all beings attain liberation. The crown of the Victorious One is deep blue, unstained by the impurities of afflictions and suffering, the suffering of the radiant jewels.
