Now, the place of offering and dedication is: the guests of merit, Brahma and Indra, the four great kings, the ten directional protectors, the eight great gods, the eight great nagas, the eight great planets, the twenty-eight constellations, the yaksha chief Pijika, the consort Auspicious Hari, the five hundred sons of Phrokma, and the Vajra lineage protectors who abide in pure samaya. The offerings are: the wish-fulfilling jewel, the wish-fulfilling tree, the wish-fulfilling cow, unplowed crops, bathing ponds, intelligent horses, and so on. May the desired qualities be fully complete, without deficiency, and inconceivable. Having appeared thus, please consider with compassion, bless and partake, enjoy, and take as your own. By offering in this way, may all our deficiencies, such as inferior offerings, incomplete causes and conditions, impure speech, unclear samadhi, unrestrained behavior, laziness, and negligence, be confessed before you, the samaya-bound protectors. Having confessed and repented in this way, whether due to past karma or present circumstances, may all the increase of diseases, shortening of life, and all mental suffering in this world be purified for us, the teachers, disciples, patrons, and retinues. Furthermore, may all enemies and obstacles with malicious intent and harsh actions, as well as all bad dreams, bad omens, and inauspicious signs, be averted and pacified. Furthermore, may all beings, human and non-human, who possess hateful minds, malicious minds, and violent minds, be averted, pacified, and transformed. If they cannot be subdued peacefully, please inflict appropriate punishments, expel and torment, intimidate and subdue them. O samaya-bound protectors and powerful ones, may all those who are not subdued by you and not included in your dominion be pacified and subdued. In short, may all faults and defects be purified.

With pure and clean mixture, divine offerings and bathing, flowers, incense, lamps, fragrances, delicious food and the most sublime music, offered to the six realms of beings, please accept. This intermediate torma of offering and charity, the place of offering and dedication is: from the highest peak of existence downwards, down to the Naraka hell realm, all sentient beings included in the six realms, five paths, and four births, become the object of compassion, all are offered. Having dedicated in this way, may the gods be liberated from the suffering of falling, the asuras from the suffering of fighting, humans from the suffering of birth and death, animals from the suffering of eating each other, pretas from the suffering of hunger and thirst, hell beings from the suffering of heat and cold, and thus be reborn in the realm of happiness and higher realms. May blessings be obtained! May the sick be healed! May pure generosity become the ornament of the mind! May it become the provision of the mind! May it become the supreme of meaning! Thus, relying on this offering of the torma, may we temporarily pacify diseases and harms, increase life and merit, purify the two obscurations of sentient beings, complete the two accumulations, and quickly attain the supreme precious enlightenment! Whatever beings dwell on the summit of Mount Meru, in joyful groves and celestial abodes, in the eastern and western mountains and the abodes of the sun and moon, and whoever dwells on all mountains, especially whoever dwells in the precious continent, all rivers and sources of water, lakes and ponds, lotus ponds, shores, and whoever dwells in places with splashing water, towns and prosperous villages, empty cities, empty houses and celestial abodes, monasteries and stupa places, places of asceticism and elephant gatherings, and whoever dwells in the treasuries of kings, roads, streets, crossroads and intersections, whoever is under the great road and single tree, great charnel grounds, vast forests, places where lions, bears and wild animals dwell, and whoever dwells in vast and terrifying wildernesses, whoever dwells in excellent continents, and whoever dwells in Vulture Peak charnel grounds, may they all be delighted and pleased, with garlands, flowers, scents and incense, praises and tormas, lamps offered with reverence, may they partake of these and enjoy them well, and accomplish the fruits of my actions! May all sentient beings be happy! May all be free from harms! Or, as the holy ones have said, may wishes be fulfilled as desired! Gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, and many beings who are given offerings, may wishes be fulfilled as desired! Thus far. By the command of the great wrathful one, may each abide peacefully in their own place. Vajra Muh Yah He Gaccha. Thus it is said. After purifying and blessing the third torma, speak the truth.
