Wherever one travels, that place is affliction, which is bondage. Being free from all actions, like the sky, completely peaceful, universally equal and infinitely blissful, naturally perfectly great. Not thinking, not practicing, not meditating, its nature does not depend on others, like a wish-fulfilling jewel king. Because it is able to bring forth all treasures of Dharma and non-Dharma, abiding in equality. If one were to travel on the path, one would not attain it like the edge of the sky. Thus it is said. Now I will explain the stage of perfect completion, showing the meaning of non-action. Thus, therefore, to that, that is shown, that is attained. It means: Suchness is abiding as a single realm equal to all beings. Why is it that abiding in such a way does not become manifest? Because suchness is free from all conceptual dharmas, the nature of dharmas arising from itself, and by pointing inward in suchness, it will be attained. That is the essence, therefore, it is very wonderful that this arises from that. It means: Suchness is the mind of enlightenment, because the mind of enlightenment is the essence of all dharmas. From that essence, the manifest Samantabhadra bliss will arise, and because it is endowed with qualities that do not separate from that at all times, it is very wonderful that this arises from that. Thus it is said. The former that and the present that, thus that is great in its place. It means: The suchness arising in the past, future, and present is the greatness that is without change or transformation. The word "former" indicates the meaning of having no later limit, suchness is the single realm in which all sentient beings transform into Buddha-fields, therefore, that is great in its place. Thus, that path is similar. It means: In that, the path that is free from all going is the great liberation. Liberation is not unique, because the path of all beings traveling in the realm of the equality of dharmas is similar. That is its nature. Thus it is said. That and similar all paths, arising from the moon with support.

Like the moon in water, it is the complete path! In the unborn birth, even great Bodhisattvas dwell in common, relying on it like the image of the moon in water, and in the Dharmadhatu it is the equality of one taste, because it is the equality of all beings, so looking in any direction will not achieve it. Thus it is said. Now is the time to talk about being free from attachment to happiness, explaining the reason why attachment becomes a fault. 'Such happiness and the manifestation of the future and what arises from behind.' It means that the cause of happiness of all dharmas is like the sky, so there is no such thing as previous happiness and later happiness. From that, the limb of becoming a Buddha, great wisdom arises from the front, and the wisdom gained from the back, and all the immeasurable merits of the Buddhas that are gained and have already been gained, all rely on the power of no characteristics, and are accomplished through the power of observation, but that is also a fault of characteristics, so it should not be relied upon. Thus it is said. Now is the time to talk about the essence of greatness from the beginning, naturally abiding, explaining the meaning of non-action. 'The three times are one, there is no difference, there was none before, none after, it arose from the beginning.' It means that all dharmas have no gathering and separation, so the three times are one and there is no difference. The Dharmadhatu appears simultaneously, because there is no darkness at the end, so there was none before, none after, it arose from the beginning. 'The Dharmakaya is one because it is pervasive.' It means that for the non-abiding Dharmadhatu, because it is equality, the Dharmakaya is the sky, and the sky is pervasive, and there is no duality in the sky, because it is one. Therefore, the great adornment, the perfect auspiciousness abides in equality, pervading all without duality, because it is great, so greatness naturally abides. Thus it is said. Now is the time to talk about great aspirations and separation, explaining the reason for not abiding in anything. 'The union in the three realms is also, only a name, appearing like an illusion.' It means that because there is no attachment to the three realms, the union is like an illusion and an emanation. The way to abide in it without abiding is that it is only a name, appearing as an illusion. 'The great place of the wheel-turning king is also.' It means that turning
