世间之主母骑鸟而行，傲慢者之引导者，今日请享用此世间食子，大母茶拉凶猛无比，有的骑着翅膀美丽的红鸟，有的骑着长鼻子驴，有的骑着长鼻子红狗奔跑，有的骑着红棕色山羊奔跑，有的骑着红脸大犛牛，今日请享用世间食子。茶拉信使二十一尊，男子之身着居士服，背负一个皮囊，手持弓箭、魔、刀，精勤杀戮砍斫，做一切世间之信使，做毁灭之主，为军队之将领，为商人之首领。箭声“夏ra ra”，矛声“希利利”，弓声“呜噜噜”，凶猛的寿命夺取众，今日请享用此世间食子。凶猛黑茶拉，有的身着深蓝色衣服，做魔之信使，有的身着白色衣服，做国王之信使。凶猛茶拉不驯服，有的黑母断魔，有的引导灶边之物，有的引导五鬼，有的深蓝色百万母，有的罗刹女散乱母，有的住在险峻山谷洞穴中，有的裸体食尸母，有的憔悴持血杯母，有的尸陀林凶猛母，有的挖掘婴儿尸体埋葬者，有的世间有者之食子母，有的橛母凶猛残暴者，今日请享用世间食子。凶猛眷属三百六十位，今日请享用此世间食子。如是次第供养，出自于千神鬼网大续中，茶拉未加工品之第四十五品。之后，天界之主帝释天向薄伽梵请问说：奇哉！薄伽梵秘密之主，这些傲慢之王等，成办事业之方法如何？杀戮事业是何等？请薄伽梵宣说。如是请问。之后，薄伽梵开示说：为这些傲慢之王等，宣说成办与杀戮之事业。若要成办傲慢大魔，具有秘密力量之三摩地者，于和合之处安住后，于彼处四方形之坛城中，中央为深蓝色三角形，边缘为三角形

The mistress of existence rides a bird, the leader of the arrogant ones, today please accept this offering of worldly ransom. Great mother Jala is extremely fierce, some ride red birds with beautiful wings, some ride long-nosed donkeys, some run riding long-nosed red dogs, some run riding reddish-brown goats, some ride large red-faced yaks, today please enjoy the worldly ransom. Twenty-one Jala messengers, with the bodies of men and the attire of lay practitioners, carrying a leather bag on their backs, holding bows, arrows, demons, and knives in their hands, diligently striving to kill and cut down, acting as messengers for all the worlds, acting as lords of destruction, as generals of armies, as leaders of merchants. The sound of arrows "Sharara ra", the sound of spears "Silili li", the sound of bows "Ururu ru", a gathering of fierce life-takers, today please accept this offering of worldly ransom. Fierce black Jala, some wearing dark blue clothes, acting as messengers of demons, some wearing white clothes, acting as messengers of kings. Fierce and untamed Jala, some black mothers who cut off demons, some who guide the hearthside objects, some who guide the five ghosts, some dark blue million mothers, some Rakshasa women with disheveled hair, some who dwell in steep ravines and caves, some naked corpse-eating mothers, some emaciated mothers holding cups of blood, some fierce mothers in charnel grounds, some who dig up and bury the corpses of infants, some mothers who offer ransom to those with worldly possessions, some fierce and violent mothers who wield daggers, today please enjoy the worldly ransom. Three hundred and sixty fierce attendants, today please accept this offering of worldly ransom. Thus, offer in order. From the great tantra of the net of a thousand gods and demons, the forty-fifth chapter, "Unprocessed Jala". Then, again, the lord of the gods, Indra, asked the Bhagavan, saying: "O Bhagavan, lord of secrets, how are the activities of accomplishing these arrogant kings? What are the activities of killing? Please, Bhagavan, explain." Thus he asked. Then, the Bhagavan spoke: "For these arrogant kings, I will explain the activities of accomplishing and killing. When accomplishing the arrogant great demon, one who possesses the samadhi of secret power, having remained in a harmonious place, in that place, in a square mandala, in the center, a dark blue triangle, on the edge, a triangle."

Fix with the three clarities. Thus, without remainder, urge all thirteen demons, and with their own mantras and words, urge them and perform the action. Hūṃ! Thirteen great cruel demons! Exercising power over the three realms. The cutter of demons, diligent and swift. You are arrogant and powerful. Urge the fierce action, please descend.
