From the Great Tantra of the Thousand Gods and Demons Net, the Second Chapter, which is the healing of the Red Lu-tsen, is complete. Then, in front of the Blessed One, the Lord of the Gods, Indra, spoke as follows: O Blessed One, Lord of Secrets! How can these arrogant kings, the Jalas who run through the three thousand worlds, be subdued? Then, the Blessed One said: The method of subduing the unruly running Jala is that the Lord of Secrets, who possesses the Samadhi of Power, should abide in a harmonious place, and on a clean cloth base, bless the flour of all kinds of grains as in the ritual. On it, build the great Mount Meru, the wish-fulfilling tree, and the sky. The color of Mount Meru should match the family. Three hundred and sixty skies, three hundred and sixty branches and leaves, should be shaped on it. On the three hundred and sixty branches and leaves, shape three hundred and sixty female forms. Surround it with three hundred and sixty birds and images. Surround it with substitutes that match flesh and blood. Thus accumulate and dedicate.
