Offerings with the best of sights. That is accomplished with mantras. Oṃ race race tura śṭura śula śula trak śar phro bhyo. Uram phaṭ bhyo. This is the mantra for approaching and accomplishing. Oṃ racu khala bhyo. Ril ril li. Wai pipi śi bhyo. This is known as the mantra for subduing. Uli samaya liṃ liṃ ur kam thik thik phroṃ śar bhyo. This is known as the mantra for subduing the canal. Thus, accomplish in sequence. Hūṃ. Arise! Arise! Lord of Existence! Destroy! Fear! Wield power over all existence, Se Tsen Rolpo's Kharum Je. The body is dark purplish-black, beautiful, possessing the adornment of beautiful flowers, bound with a crown of blazing rainbow edges. In the right hand, holding a hailstone hammer. In the left hand, casting a lightning lasso. From the mouth, thundering roars resound. From the nose, a black windstorm blows. The cruel, great, and wicked Tsen, descends at the time of fierce hailstorms. Thus, urge and subdue. Then perform fierce actions. Invite with words, make offerings, and entrust tasks accordingly. The mantra is, accomplish the evil mantra to dissolve. First, when accomplishing, accomplish from that skull. Finally, even the horse is done with that skull. The three nails are definitely there. Perform with the eight-spoked wheel of destruction. Protect the directions, intermediate directions, above, and below, in that way. The purposes of those actions will be accomplished. The great, proud kings, if demons descend upon people, with what should they be equally exchanged? The Bhagavan said: These proud kings, if they are to be equally exchanged, exchange them with sentient beings. If you exchange with that, it will appear to be delayed. Thus it was said. For the white goats, tie the name and lineage of the proud one around their necks. The horns are adorned with turquoise, loaded with grain, food, and wealth. On the body, make tilakas with vermillion. Adorn them beautifully with silk and brocade. Having accumulated in that way, make the dedication. Dedicate the black and mottled ones to the demons. The northern sheep and goats, the white ones, are for the kings.
