When a demoness causes hailstorms, the one who possesses the samadhi of secret power, residing in a suitable place, performs the practice in stages. Residing at the black rock of death, residing in that suitable place, the practice should be performed in stages. There, draw a mandala according to the scriptures. In the skull of a black Mon woman, draw a wheel with thirteen spokes. In the center, with the object of focus, afflict it with a stake of evil wood. On the spokes of the wheel, write the demoness's mantra, arranging them in order. Pour into it the blood of nine wild animals or nine birds. Add mustard seeds, caraway seeds, and black sesame seeds. Add a portion of various poisons. Having arranged it in this way, fill the skull. Seal the mouth with dark blue silk, and transform the skull into a substitute for the mantra. With the heart, flesh, blood, and the essence of the offering cake, recite the mantra, worshiping and urging the demoness. Perform the approach and accomplishment on it. Finally, also offer a horse in the same way. Accomplish the substitute of evil speech. There, recite the secret mantras. Om rag mo rag mo tsab mo khrag la mu sha bam ril sha ma la bh yo ru lu ru lu shi ling rbad ming sa ma ya phrom ya. This is known as the mantra for approach and accomplishment. Thirteen great demon mothers, praise to the four flesh-eating demonesses. Demoness drives away and lures, running in the world. When dwelling in the earth element, the great mother, mistress of the earth, is the mother of existence. The mistress of the earth element is the demoness. When dwelling in the realm of space, she is the queen of existence, the one who averts bh yo. Heaven and earth are dark wombs, half-mother of desire. Performing fierce deeds, Shara Ra, Singing songs of throwing, Kyu Ru Ru, The time has come to unleash fierce hailstorms. Thus urged and descended. From the great tantra of the net of a thousand gods and demons, The fifth chapter, on the descent of hailstorms by the thirteen demonesses, is complete. Then, before the Blessed One, the Nagas spoke of their respective deeds of descending hailstorms. Approach, practice, descend, and pile up hailstones, Offer pleasing substances to the Nagas, In between the mantras, invoke the Nagas, First practice, then practice on that, Finally, fix it with a stake. Shoot arrows of hot and cold light! Fierce Nagas, send down hailstones like rain! The time has come to send down hailstorms! Fourfold darkness.
