Like a spear thrusting out, accompanied by red gales, hail, and lightning, the fierce Tsen Mar (Tibetan: བཙན་དམར་) leaps forth. Reciting these twenty-three wrathful mantras, accomplishment will occur merely through recitation, even causing Indra (Tibetan: བརྒྱ་བྱིན་) himself to perish. After offering to Kongtse (Tibetan: ཀོང་ཙེ་) on the eighteenth, subdue Kikang (Tibetan: ཀི་ཀང་) on the nineteenth. On the midnight of the nineteenth, transform into a great Mujukma (Tibetan: མཇུག་མ་) demon (Tibetan: དམུ་བདུད་), moving from east to west, placing the red lingam in the west. Throw poison into the land of wrong views, raise the threatening finger and point it, and lightning and hail will come as you desire. Offer to Kongtse on the twenty-fifth, and subdue Kikang on the twenty-sixth. At dawn on the twenty-sixth, as the first light appears, transform the left arm into a Lu Tsen Dralha (Tibetan: ཀླུ་བཙན་དགྲ་ལྷ), moving from south to north, placing the white and red lingams in the north. La Shar Bhya! Nari Maraya Dubad Duya. These signs of secret accomplishment, like clouds piled up like umbrellas, are red. Hail mixed with wind, also piled up like bird's nests. Hail and blizzards, black winds, are accomplished by thirty-three mantras. For this mantra that destroys wrong views, if there is doubt and hesitation, my accomplishment will not be obtained. If the mantra practitioner has no doubt, it will be accomplished. On the twenty-ninth, offer to the Dakinis, and descend the Sky Vajra. The Sky Sun shrinks, with heart, fangs, and three eyes, from the northeast to the southwest, transforming into Vinayaka and walking. Linga rotten flesh and blood rot, and sheep liver are placed in the southwest. With great ashes, blood, and white mustard, after reciting the mantra of Rahu, the mantra practitioner strikes from the northeast. A+OM YA HRING. YA MA BLOOD. YA MA DU. Rahula. Hur Hur. The sign of accomplishment by merely reciting, clouds like conch shells, with huge heads, broadly covering the entire space, churning and quickly descending hail, the sound of thunder deafening, filling the three thousand worlds. If such a sign of accomplishment appears, whether it is hail or lightning, quickly act upon the object of focus. Take the accomplished substance, accomplishment, and what is to be taken, as inseparable from oneself. Even at the time of sending hail, the Dakini Vajra, the diligent mantra practitioner knows, and recites the mantra to the object and throws it. The thrown homa wheel, wherever the finger seal points, destroys each day. Hail comes down like food, the mantra practitioner recites the fierce mantra to accomplish it. If this black medicine is accomplished, then Mount Meru will also collapse, the great ocean will also dry up, epidemics, leprosy, sores, bad omens, and the affairs of hail, whatever is desired, will surely descend at any time. Whatever life-hail affairs are created, with the mantra of thirty-nine, etc., the activities of the eight classes descend. For the practice of the eight classes, whichever is practiced fiercely, now I am the holder of the lineage.
