The eighth chapter of the mandala accomplished from the all-pervading wisdom, which completes everything from the Black Naga Wheel. The black wheel of the Naga is complete in everything, from the all-pervading wisdom. Again, the chapter called "The Wheel of Killing the Black Heart" is the ninth. Then, the lord of the Naga race spoke of the actions of Mara the leper.
