汉文：若雅哲札夏玛达热拉哈惹卡那达。 印度语：纳嘎嘎拉杂抓萨瓦嘎玛阿迪那玛达丹札惹匝。 藏语：名为黑龙轮一切事业圆满之续王大王。 顶礼断灭者龙族之主文殊。 如是我闻，一时，薄伽梵龙族之主文殊自身，从法性平等之性中显现为智慧之身，与众多大智慧眷属共处。 彼时彼刻，众多眷属中金刚藏摧破者起身，祈请种族之主： 文殊具德殊胜者， 从清净法身自性中， 显现调伏恶毒之身， 摄伏眷属之傲慢， 无量大金刚持者， 请宣说遍主智慧。 如是祈请后，龙王文殊自身安住于摄伏一切之等持中，念诵“呸夏嘎度 བྷྲུྂ་ (藏文，梵文天城体，bhrūṃ，光辉)”，当下便出现广大无边的龙族大宫殿，化为大黑暗的浓雾之中，如大海从深处翻滚般动荡，在极其广大无边的中央，燃烧着铁室，无门且随心而行，以乌龟的肋骨和盘绕的黑蛇装饰，以燃烧的摩羯鱼覆盖，具有日月星辰的虚空，闪耀着雷电的火花，内外极其坚固，充满着龙鱼、蛇、毒蛇，以及海螺和众多摩羯鱼的龙族无量宫殿。 彼时，念诵“呸惹嘎夏哈热哈热”，当下便化为龙王怖畏九头者，成为摄伏三界的提巴匝。 身为巨大的黑蛇，具有八个燃烧摩羯鱼的头和第九个头，有二百只手，头发闪耀着光芒并散发出众多化身，极其恐怖且发出巨大的声音，以“那嘎惹夏”之声，将世间一切龙族摄伏并聚集为眷属。

Having thus beseeched, Mañjuśrī himself, the Lord of the Nagas, remained in the samadhi of subduing all, and by uttering "Phei shag du བྷྲུྂ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, bhrūṃ, radiance)," immediately there appeared a great palace of the Naga race, vast and boundless, transformed into a great darkness of dense fog, agitated like the great ocean churning from its depths. In the center, which was exceedingly vast and boundless, burned an iron chamber, without doors and moving at will, adorned with the ribs of tortoises and coiled black snakes, covered with burning makaras, having the expanse of the sun, moon, and stars, flashing with the heat of thunderbolts, exceedingly firm inside and out, filled with naga fish, snakes, vipers, conches, and many makaras, it became a great immeasurable palace of the nagas. At that time, by uttering "Phei rag sha hari hari," immediately it transformed into the terrifying nine-headed Naga King, becoming the Tīpāca who subdues the three realms. His body was a great black snake, with eight heads of burning makaras and a ninth head, two hundred hands, hair flashing with light and emitting many emanations, exceedingly terrifying and proclaiming a great sound, with the sound of "Nāga Raksha," subduing all the nagas of the world and gathering them as a retinue.
