They gather and reside in the west of the mandala of the Lord. Moreover, the realm of the northern world transforms into a great wheel, the great ocean is exceedingly clear, possessing trees that accomplish activities, and in the great palace of jewels, the one called the Lord of the People's Lineage, Tipatza, with the head of a crow and the body of a snake, blue-black in color, with many snake heads pervading the sky, his retinue together with the four types of nagas, surrounded by many earth-lord nagas and nyen, gather and reside in the north of the mandala of the Lord of the Lineage. Moreover, not only that, but from the ocean and palace at the boundary of that direction, there are also the Chandala lineages, such as the Chandala who holds the Lord of Death, the Chandala who holds the Earth Essence, the Chandala who holds the Naga Woman, and the Black Earth Lord, etc., each with their own retinue of countless billions, converging on that side of the mandala of the Lord of the Lineage, each residing in their own place. At that time, at that moment, these are specifically proclaimed: The dwelling places of the naga lineages are, the precious Mount Meru, continents, etc., all phenomena are the four wheels, in whatever world, the nagas also, are all complete within the sphere of the Lord of the Lineage. Thus it is proclaimed. Then, the Lord of the Naga Lineage enters the samadhi called 'Subduing All,' and recites "ཕེ་རག་ཤ་ཧཱུྂ།" (Tibetan, फे रग श हँ, Phera ga sha hum, Phera ga sha hum), by which he utterly subdues all of the retinue, the lords of the four naga lineages together with the king, together with the ministers, together with the army, the great commanders and retinue, servants, slaves, messengers, envoys, emanations, and re-emanations, causing them to tremble exceedingly. They fall down, lying face up, prostrate, faint, terrified, exceedingly terrified, and before separating from life, their faculty of memory is impaired. At that time, the retinue utters a great lamentation of suffering. Then, the great Lord of the Lineage shows the retinue their own nature, as follows: Emaho! From the unborn realm, the wrathful Lord of the Lineage, the naga who terrifies the stable and moving world with emanations, the ultimate truth is the unborn Tipatza, unmoving, without movement, even if moving, it is vajra itself, the vajra body can never be moved. By this, the retinue each sees their own suchness.

此后，种姓之大主，进入将世间一切傲慢皆役使为奴仆之等持，念诵“ཕེ་རག་ཤ་ཕཊ།”（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。所有眷属皆心惊胆战，惊恐万分，各自献上自己无误之生命精华。之后，种姓之主加持那些生命精华，使其成为具力之物。关于龙之轮的事业全部圆满之讲述，遍主智慧之开端章节，为第一品。此后，金刚藏向龙之主如此请问： 奇哉！文殊具德者，遍主智慧为何？请分别开示事业次第。 如是请问后，文殊龙主如此说道： 金刚持胜者所说之，幻化网显现圆满者，文殊阎魔敌威猛殊胜，品数为七百二十二。事业次第有千百种，从文殊十万部中，我将讲述龙之遍主智慧之事业次第。不可思议，不可言说，身之事业为提婆匝，阎魔、龙与死主曜，根本支分事业数，根本修法有六种，即阎魔死主修法，麻风黑病，事业之轮，龙蛇黑轮，黑罪之堆积，黑蛙食血之轮，以及地主命轮。 彼之念诵、修持、事业，有外、内、秘密，交付、书契、轮、共同等，广略之差别次第，支分次第亦如是，守护、自害、宝物，降冰雹等，交付于食物、敌与友。 诅咒之仆从，毛发阴影击打，交付之地为水与身量，以及食腐之敌害交付之方法等，皆于猛厉之边际讲述。 十与橛轮，是为盔甲之讲述，未成办之堆积与镇压斩断，此等分别讲述，金刚藏汝当了知。 秘密精要，甚深秘密续之王，十万部文殊幻化之

Then, the great lord of the lineage, having entered the samadhi that enslaves all the arrogance of the world, recited "Pheragsha Phat." All the retinue were terrified, their hearts trembling with fear, and each offered their own unerring life essence. Thereafter, the lord of the lineage blessed those life essences, making them powerful. This concludes the complete explanation of all the activities of the Wheel of Dragons, the first chapter, the introduction from the All-Pervading Wisdom. Then Vajra Heart asked the Lord of Dragons thus: "O Wondrous! Manjushri, possessor of glory, What is the all-pervading wisdom? Please delineate the order of activities." Thus he asked. Then Manjushri, the Lord of Dragons, spoke thus: "The illusion net, completely manifest, spoken by the victorious Vajradhara, Manjushri Yamantaka, supreme in power, The chapters are said to be seven hundred and twenty-two. There are a hundred thousand orders of activities. From the arrangement of Manjushri's hundred thousand sections, I shall explain the order of activities of the All-Pervading Wisdom of the Dragons. Inconceivable and inexpressible, the activities of the body are Tipatsa, Yama, the Dragons, and the Lord of Death, Rahu. The number of root and branch activities, the root sadhana is said to be sixfold: The sadhana of Yama, the Lord of Death, and Black Leprosy, the Wheel of Activities, The Wheel of Black Naga Serpents, The heap of black sins, The Wheel of the Black Frog's Blood-Eating, And the Lord of the Earth's Life Wheel are explained. Its recitation, accomplishment, and activities are Outer, Inner, and Secret, Entrusting, inscribed boards, wheels, commonalities, and so forth. The distinctions of extensive and concise orders, The branch orders are likewise: Protection, self-harm, jewels, And the descent of hail, and so forth, Entrusting to food, enemies, and friends. The servants of curses, hair-shadow strikes, The place of entrusting is water and body measurement, And the methods of entrusting the enemies and harmers of the carrion-eater, These are explained at the extreme of wrath. The wheel of ten and pegs is explained as armor itself. Unaccomplished heaps and suppression and cutting, These are explained in detail, Vajra Heart, you should understand. The secret essence, the most secret king of tantras, Of the hundred thousand sections, the illusion of Manjushri."
