Subduing the earth deity. It is said to be the second meditation. It is also said to meditate at the bird's nest. Binding the dead with black deeds, placing the three realms in the womb of the mother. Naga Raksha is very terrifying, the fundamental face is the face of Yama. Adorned with eight black snakes, it is said to be the end of karma. It is said to be the third meditation. In the nature of the same mindstream, the Lord of Death, the Naga, and the three demons arise. Since it arises from itself and emanates, the ultimate and relative two truths are perfected as one. Then, the Lord of the Nagas himself spoke these secret mantras from the body, speech, and mind vajra: Om Nagpo Ti Pa Tsaya Naga Raksha He Phul Phe Shan Phos Phos Shig Hulu Hulu Hring Hring. These are the secret mantras for binding to karma. The root chapter of accomplishing the complete activity of the Black Naga Wheel, which is the third chapter. Then, Vajra Heart again requested: Yama, the black lord of the Naga demons, who slays with crossed razors, please explain the definite union. The Lord of the Nagas said definitively: In a pile of black rocks or a dangerous place, go to the place of the arrogant, and practice the Lord of Death, Yama. On a square platform of one arrow's length, smear red blood, and place the E-syllable chakra in the center. Arrange the glorious torma, and cover the hearts of humans and horses with a black bag. Place an ocean of blood in a skull cup, and from the state of emptiness of oneself, visualize the form appearing from the dark blue Ya-syllable, the black Yama conquering enemies. The black one has a large belly and a terrifying form, holding a vajra in the right hand and making a threatening gesture with the left. Meditate on him sitting on a buffalo seat. This is the mantra for approaching him: Yama Meta Kshe Ni Ra Tsa Sa To Ru Na Yo Ni Ri Tsa Ya Be Ba Sa Ta Sa Ta Ya Hum Dza Dza. If signs of approach appear, offer the torma with this mantra: Beb Sa Ta Dza Ma Ri Ba Ling Grihna Kha Hi. Then, apply it to the activity: Smear moles on a cloth from the charnel ground, measuring one cubit in length, and draw a wheel in the belly of Yama.
