Accompanied by the retinue, these secret mantras are said to be the activities of all. From the Wheel of the Nāgas, the chapter on Subduing the Army, the Fourth. Then Vajra Heart asked: Lord of the wisdom of the Nāgas, King of Actions, Sharp Blade, to accomplish the ultimate completion of actions, what fierce mantra should be applied? What essential cutting blade should be made? Thus he asked. The Lord of the Nāgas replied: The offering that has not been accomplished at the root, and the branch blade combined, all activities will be accomplished. If it is not accomplished, then prepare the offering and place it in a poisonous place. If there is no sign for anything, then it is the essence of establishing secrecy, the mantra that produces the essential cutting blade. Split the skull of a leper, and know how to write the wheel. The wheel of killing and leaping, visualize and write on the heart of the earth lord, finally surround it with snakes of the lineage. On the four-spoked wheel in the heart, write the letters that stir the elements. The rim, spokes, name, blade, and the essence of killing are written in the wheel. Then recite the secret mantra of subduing the mouth, and place the skull at the Nāga's place on the edge. Ya Bagsha Ya is said to be black. From the Black Wheel of the Nāgas, the forty-fifth chapter on the Secret of Cutting the Essence of the Black Leprosy Action Wheel. Then, this is the essence of the Black Sin, write the wheel on the male and female leprosy skulls, write the six sins and the secret mantra, on the leaping lingam of killing, the head and body.
