This is the ninetieth chapter, which pacifies everything through... Then, by merely explaining the ritual of secret accomplishment, this speaks of pacifying the wrath of the Nagas. The one holding the Vajra blazes with glory. By merely reciting this essence, the work is accomplished. First, look intently at the sky. Mix mustard seed powder with water and scatter it widely in the sky, and you can withstand all hail and hail clouds. Everything is bound, and demons cannot devour. The Nagas tremble and become settled. Mix ashes with water and recite it twenty-one times. Whichever sentient being you empower, that being will be protected. When dragons hail in the summer, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times over mustard seed powder. After reciting it seven times over water, the clouds in the sky will also be bound. Then, looking at the clouds, scatter mustard seed powder, and all the flowers and fruits will gather and fall upwards. Speaking with mantra and wrath, with the word "PHAṬ（藏文，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，meaning: to burst or split）" three times, the offspring of the Nagas will also fall. The bodies of the Nagas will also be destroyed and turn to ashes. On a Nepalese apple tree iron plate, having recited it twenty-one times, and having circled it three times in the manner of a wheel, the hail, ice, clouds, and wind of the Nagas cannot be resisted on the ground. The head splits into seven pieces. Having recited it one hundred and eight times with great wrath, the Nagas, together with their retinue and servants, fall to the ground. The homes and immeasurable palaces of the Nagas, as well as the water, trees, and forests, will surely turn into a single blazing flame. Even if the great Naga king is glorious, he will be struck by a severe Naga disease. If the lineage holder does not protect me, all the Naga lineages will be destroyed. Sons, grandsons, retinues, and youths will be completely destroyed and become blind. In times of no rain, recite the mantra a thousand times over mustard seed powder. As soon as you scatter it towards the house, the Nagas will tremble, and the houses and lakes will turn into flames, and the rain will fall continuously as desired. When you want to make rain fall, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times over mustard seed powder. Go to a high place, face east, and recite the mantra seven times over seven handfuls of water, and scatter it towards the east. All the kings will gather, and the rain will fall continuously.
