七者定会降雨，于赡部洲难以寻觅。于思择王之佛塔中，八大龙王降雨之品，即第六十八品。之后，金刚手菩萨请问： 噫！噫！薄伽梵大悲者，为医治一切疾病之故，龙、念、地神如何安住？又如何损害人们？我不知晓，请您讲述。 善哉！具德金刚持，我将为你讲述，你当一心谛听。 首先，于房屋的地基中，宫殿以外内之形式安住。 首先，黄金之宫殿，四方平坦，内外皆明亮。 其内有王族等，顶上有珍宝之鸟，主尊、臂严等之龙王眷属安住于彼。 彼处有白银所造之宫殿，四方平坦，内外皆明亮。 其内有念千百眷属安住。 其外有铜所造之宫殿，四方平坦，内外皆明亮。 其内有地神、罗刹眷属安住。 之后，有铁所造之宫殿，四方平坦，内外皆明亮。 其内产生世间胎藏等。 此乃安住之次第。 之后，讲述降临之次第。 首先，与业和因缘相遇之人，做了不净之物、污垢等，之后去往那伽必定存在之处，被四种非胎藏者所见。 胎藏种姓于世间界中成就。 彼等见到后，稍作损害。 彼亦人喜心漂移，欲行贪爱，衰弱昏沉，恶劣之相，又来疾病，以及诅咒缠绕。 察觉则善加医治可以遣除。 之后，若被罗刹念诵，罗刹种姓便会损害人。 彼亦身体麻木，肌肉跳动，肌肉腐烂。 诅咒和身体等一切，皮肤出现斑点，脱发，颠倒错乱。 占卜等说为地神鬼，察觉则善加医治可以遣除。 之后，若对地神念诵，诅咒颠倒错乱极其严重。 明显出现，伤口众多，必定是被地神所缠。 察觉则必定要遣除。 之后，若对念大者念诵，也变得非常严重。 手脚麻痹，污垢颠倒，血肉

The seven will surely rain, difficult to find in Jambudvipa. From the Stupa of the King of Reasoning, the chapter on the eight great Nagas causing rain, which is the sixty-eighth chapter. Then, Vajrapani Bodhisattva asked: Ee! Ee! Bhagavan, Great Compassionate One, for the sake of healing all diseases, how do the Nagas, Nyen, and earth deities abide? And how do they harm people? I do not know, please tell me. Good, glorious Vajradhara, I will tell you, listen with one-pointed mind. First, in the foundation of the house, the palace abides in an outer and inner manner. First, the golden palace, square and flat, clear inside and out. Inside it are the royal families and others, with a precious bird on the crown, the chief deity, the Naga king with his retinue of armors, etc., abides there. There is a palace made of silver, square and flat, clear inside and out. Inside it reside the hundred thousand hosts of Nyen. Outside it is a palace made of copper, square and flat, clear inside and out. Inside it reside the earth deities and Rakshasas with their retinues. Then, there is a palace made of iron, square and flat, clear inside and out. Inside it arise the world's womb and so on. This shows the order of abiding. Then, the order of descending is explained. First, a person who encounters karma and conditions, having done impure things, filth, etc., then goes to a place where Nagas are sure to be, and is seen by four non-womb-born beings. The womb-born lineage is accomplished in the world realm. Having seen it, they do a little harm. That person's mind wanders with joy, desiring to go and be greedy, weak and dull, with bad omens, and diseases and curses come again and again. If noticed, it can be averted with good healing. Then, if the Rakshasas are recited, the Rakshasa lineage will harm people. That is, the body becomes numb, the muscles twitch, and the flesh rots. Curses and the body, etc., all have spots on the skin, hair loss, and reversals. Divination, etc., says it is an earth deity ghost, if noticed, it can be averted with good healing. Then, if the earth deities are recited, the reversal of curses is extremely severe. It appears clearly, with many wounds, and it is certain that one is possessed by the earth deities.
