དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་མི་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་ ཅིག།ཇི་སྟེ་བདག་ཁྲོ་བོའི་དམ་ཚིག་ལས་འགལ་བར་བྱེད་ན། རི་ལ་གནས་པའི་ཀླུ་གཞོན་ནུ་གཏུམ་པོ་མ་གཏོགས་པར། དགྲ་ཐམས་ཅད་འཇོམས་པའི་ཀླུ་གཞན་མང་པོ་དང་བདག་མི་མཐུན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག། བཅོམ་ ལྡན་འདས་རི་ལ་གནས་པའི་ཀླུ་གཞོན་ནུ་གཏུམ་པོ་ལ་བདག་ཅག་གིས་སྡོམ་པ་སྦྱིན་མི་ནུས་སོ།། ཞེས་ཀླུ་གཞན་གྱིས་གསོལ་ཏོ།། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེ་དག་ལ་ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ།། དེ་བཞིན་དུ བྱོས་ཤིག་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ།། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གཞན་ཡང་ཁྲོ་བོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འདི་དང། རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་ནི་སྔོན་སྟོན་པ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་མཐོང་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ལྟའོ།། ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྟོབས་པོ་ཆེ་དང་མཉམ་པ་དང་འདྲ་བ་ནི། བདག་གིས་མ་མཐོང་མ་འཚལ་ཏོ།། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་གཟུངས་བརྗོད་པ་རྣམས་ལ་བདག་གིས་རྣ་བའི་བུ་གས་མཉན་པར་བྱའོ།། ཧཱུྂ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་སྒྲ་བརྗོད་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཀྱང་བྲན་གྱི་དངོས་པོ་མཆི་བར བགྱིའོ།། མཐོང་བས་སྦྱིན་པར་བགྱིའོ།། ཆར་དབབ་པའམ། མི་དབབ་པའམ། ཆར་ཆུངས་ན་ཇི་ལྟར་བསྒོ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བགྱིའོ། ཁྲོ་བོའམ་ཞི་བ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཧཱུྂ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་སྒྲས་འཚལ བར་བགྱི་ལ།བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ལུས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བགྱི་ལ། ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་ཀླགས་པས་འགྲུབ་པའམ། བླ་ན་མེད་པ་འགྲུབ་པར་བགྱིའོ།། དྲིལ་བུའི་སྒྲ་དང་རྡོ་རྗེ་གསོར་བར་བགྱིའོ།། རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་དྲིལ་བུའི་ སྒྲ་བརྗོད་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་བགྱིའོ།། ཅི་བསམས་པའམ་ཅི་བཅོལ་བའི་ལས་བདག་གིས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བགྱིའོ།། དེ་ནས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་སོག་མ་མེད་ཉིད་ཀྱིས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དང། ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ ལ་གསོལ་པ།བདག་ཀྱང་གོང་དུ་གསོལ་པ་ལས་གཞན་དུ་མི་བགྱིད་དོ།། བྲན་དང། ཁོལ་པོ་དང། ལས་མཁན་བཞིན་དུ་བགྱིས་ན། སྟོན་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དང་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་གྱི་བརླབས་ཀྱིས་ བདག་མནར་མེད་པའི་དམྱལ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག།འོན་པ་དང་ལོང་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག། མཛེ་ཅན་དང་ཤུ་བ་ཅན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག། མིག་ནས་མེ་འབར་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག། མགོ་ཨ་ཛ་གའི་དོག་པ་ལྟར་འགས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག། ལུས་ རུལ་ཞིང་དྲི་ང་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག།དེ་ལྟར་ངམ་མནོས་པ་བཞིན་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་པར་བགྱིའོ།། དུས་དུས་སུ་ཆར་པའི་རྒྱུན་དབབ་པར་བགྱིའོ།། སད་དང། སེར་བ་དང། རླུང་འབྱུང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་མེད་པར་ བགྱིའོ།། ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་ལས་འབུམ་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།། ཧཱུྂ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པའམ། རྡོ་རྗེ་གསོར་བའ

May I not attain perfect Buddhahood! If I violate the oath of the Wrathful One, may I be at odds with all the other dragons who destroy enemies, except for the fierce young dragon who dwells in the mountains! Blessed One, we cannot bestow vows upon the fierce young dragon who dwells in the mountains! Thus the other dragons pleaded. The Blessed One said to those dragon kings, "Good! Good! Do so!" The Blessed One instructed. Blessed One, furthermore, this King of Wrathful Ones and the Vidyadhara, I regard as if seeing the Teacher manifestly before. I have not seen nor encountered one equal to and like Vajrapani, the Mighty One. To the recitations of the Tathagata's dharanis, I shall listen with the pores of my ears. By merely uttering the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), I shall offer the substance of a servant. I shall give by seeing. Whether to send down rain or not to send it down, or if the rain is scarce, I shall accomplish as instructed. Whether wrathful or peaceful, I shall serve in that way with the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), Blessed One. Blessed One, I shall thus cultivate the body, whether accomplished by reciting at all times, or accomplishing the unsurpassed. I shall shake the bell and raise the vajra. By merely uttering the sound of the vajra and bell, I shall do all actions. Whatever is thought of or whatever action is entrusted, I shall accomplish. Then, the dragon king Sogma Menyi pleaded to the Blessed One and Vajrapani, "I shall not do other than what has been pleaded above. Acting as a servant, a hireling, and a worker, if I do so, may the Teacher, the Blessed One, and Vajrapani, by the power of blessing, cause me to fall into the Avici hell! May I become deaf and blind! May I become a leper and a scabies-ridden person! May fire blaze from my eyes! May my head burst like the container of an ajaka! May my body rot and stink! Thus, as vowed, I shall accomplish all actions. I shall send down a stream of rain at the proper times. I shall eliminate hail, frost, and all arising of wind.
