From the Stupa Chapter of the King of Discrimination, this is the thirty-ninth chapter, concerning the power of the Nagas. Then explain the profound common meaning. Draw a black frog on paper. Write the name inside it. Also declare, "I entrust this enemy to you." Offer medicine and Tormas to the Nagas. Also offer golden libations to the worldly gods and spirits. Offer golden libations to the northeast valleys. Interrupt the enemy's life force. Then recite this essence of the Nagas, recite it a hundred thousand or a million times. Bury the frog image under a broken place. Declare that it is entrusted to the black ones. Then the Nagas make vows and swear oaths. Also recite this mantra. Having done so, everything will be accomplished. From the Stupa Chapter of the King of Discrimination, this is the fortieth chapter, concerning subduing the enemy with the profound common meaning. Then explain the dwelling places of the Nagas. The Nagas also have four types: the royal caste, the lord caste, the Brahmin caste, the commoner caste, and the black Chandala caste. Their individual characteristics are: facing east, with strong currents, growing flowers, and where the land and stones are white, know that this is the royal caste. Facing south, with shallow water, a fragrant smell, and a constant flow, know that this is the Brahmin caste. Facing west, with deep currents, a small sound, and flowing into the great ocean, know that this is the lord caste. Facing north, dark in color, unpleasant, where the sun never shines, and where there are always wind and sandstorms, know that this is the Chandala caste. These are the common characteristics. From the King of Discrimination, this is the forty-first chapter, concerning examining the castes of the Nagas. Then explain the accumulation ritual when the Nagas, Nyen spirits, and earth lords are not accomplished. First, the mantra that is usually recited, should be recited seven hundred thousand times. Naga council, Naga gathering, Naga Naga PHO are called. Naga gathering, threefold also done. Make a three-time decision for you. I, the mantra practitioner, do not take a wife. Uphold the oath without causing harm. Extract signs and show symbols. Then it will be accomplished without eating ghosts. This definite action is without doubt. King of Awareness, from the Tantra of the Stupa, the forty-second chapter, which teaches the ritual of increasing actions.
