O Vajra, I shall tell you. You too, listen with a focused mind. There are also two kinds of inner accomplishment: the accomplishment of reciting mantras and the separate accomplishment of reciting mantras. Among these, the first is the accomplishment of reciting mantras. After accomplishing these two, the order of inner accomplishment activities is to explain the million sections of methods for accomplishing activities. First, after truly accomplishing the Naga King, cut off the combination of entrusting activities of the four lineages of Nagas, Nyen, lords of the earth, and earth demons. Among these, the first is the preliminary combination. The first is to subdue all the Nagas. śu le śu mu le. （Tibetan）śa śa śu śu mo ti ti ta phaṭ hūṃ. （Tibetan） （Sanskrit Devanagari） （Sanskrit Romanization） （Literal Chinese meaning）Recite for three days. By this, all Nagas, Nyen, and lords of the earth will be subdued. There is no doubt about it. Tall objects should also be cut down. Then, on top of the mandala, arrange an extensive Naga torma. Between five and seven days, make the Garuda hand seal and recite the general heart mantra and the near heart mantra of all Nagas, Nyen, and lords of the earth. Recite the heart mantra a million times, and the near heart mantra a thousand times day and night. Whatever you do, accumulate substances and lingas in the skull and recite the mantra for entrusting the Nagas. Then, make the skull snake hand seal well. By striking with a fierce mantra, the enemy will be surrounded by snakes. Scatter mustard powder and black sesame seeds in all directions after reciting them a million times. Incense with gugul, recite praises, and cover the linga. These mantras can be known from the chapter on mantras. This is the common preliminary ritual. Then, begin any activity. From the King of Contemplation Sutra, the Tantra of Stupas, the twenty-ninth chapter, the preliminary chapter on inner accomplishment. After that, explain the combination of the royal lineage. Go to the house facing east and search for the Naga place where the royal lineage resides. If you want to entrust the enemy to the Naga place, put on white clothes yourself and also raise the hair on the top of your head. Smear your face with blood and charcoal. Also recite the mantra for empowering the executioner's skull. Then, write the names, lineage, and flesh of the enemy's parents on the skull.
