The east door is white, the south door is yellow, and the west door is red. The north door is green, to decorate the beauty of the snake. This is the arrangement of colors. Then draw the images, in the center is the image of Vajrapani (ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ།). On the eight lotus petals are the eight great Naga kings. In the east are the lord of mantras himself and nine others. In the eight corners and gaps are eight mules. Know that this is a type of evil spirit. On the gods and the four doors, draw the Naga clans of the five families. Meditation. It is said, invoke Vajrapani arising from action. Then, from the complete dissolution of PHUḤ, generate nine seven-headed snakes. From the two seed syllables, light radiates, and from space, invoke nine great nagas. Likewise, from the complete dissolution of PHUḤ, contemplate the essence of whatever appears. Then, all the many naga hosts, saying what action should be done, perform various sequential instructions. Then, to Vajrapani, recite mantra lineages and offer the five types. Then, starting with the lord of mantras, up to the earth lords and earth spirits, offer the naga medicine nectar offering. That also has four aspects: inviting and offering, reciting long mantras, and adding SHA and TING. Add a thousand each. Then, invite and offer. The teacher, the sick, and all others, wash well with water from the vase. Offer to all the nagas. HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūm). When inviting the lord of mantras, offer the nectar of the three whites. Offer the nectar of limbs, hands, and feet. With the nectar of limbs, hands, and feet, may the naga's leg and foot pain be healed. From the leg and foot pain being healed, may the nagas possess radiance. Offer the nectar of makara claws. With the nectar of makara claws, may the naga's crooked claws be healed.
