This is the ninth method and oral instruction. For those controlled by the poison of demons, make nine tormas mixed with rotten meat, rotten fish, garlic, radish, and alcohol. When the Garuda flaps its wings, the hearts of all the nagas break, they are separated from the consciousness of poison, and become extremely weak. This is the eleventh method of visualizing eating nagas. Visualize yourself as the body of Garuda, the beak is a variety of vajra beaks, the wings are made of vajra and are firm, preventing the movement of all worlds, grasping everything with vajra claws, for all the cities of nagas, descend the devouring activity of Garuda, for the cities of the four castes of nagas, for the white nagas of the royal caste in the east, descend the devouring of the vajra Garuda, grasp the heart with claws of meteoric iron, eat the head with the devouring beak, gather from the surroundings with vajra wings, with the fire of wisdom blazing in the eyes, burn the veins of the royal caste nagas.

Obstacles. These are the mantras for cutting off roots: Om Naga Tsa Bindura Maraya Naga Thum Rim Ril Myok Myok Rbad Rbad Naga Maraya Phat. Saying this, recite five hundred thousand times on the image of the Naga of the royal lineage and strike it. In the morning, strike with a Karavira whip. At noon and midday, strike with a Nepali apple wood whip. From dusk until evening, strike with a Smagshad whip. Pierce the neck with a Thunzhug. By striking in this way, the Naga of the royal lineage will be completely cut off. To propitiate the Naga of the royal lineage, mix milk with various medicines, make seven Naga images, and place them on a clean Li Phyi.
