Meditate that all the earth is located in the city of the Earth Lord, and has become a field for all Garudas to eat. Utter "Ha Sa" three times with a loud roar. Utter "Se Ta" and strike the ground three times with your wings. Utter "Khro Dha Ho" and shake the sky and earth three times with angry roars. Utter "Tring Klu Tshal Pa" and make a sound that causes all beings to have their hearts burst and die. After they have died in this way, the mantra for eating them is: Garuda Khai Ko Dha Khai. Recite this three hundred thousand times and then eat them. Use iron vessels and other substances to strike at sunrise and dusk. All Earth Lords will be separated from their respective malice, and all sentient beings will abide in happiness. This is the general method for Earth Lords, the twenty-second. For the Earth Lord who dwells in a dry pond: Meditate that you are the great Garuda of Yama, with a mouth that is a burning jewel, wings adorned with eight-faceted jewels, claws that seize the hearts of all Earth Lords, and a beak that binds the life force of the Earth Lords.
