心要精华与字相应，末端轮为穆然，以诅咒真言装饰。轮之绘制圆满后，生起迎请轮圆满后，行轮之次第。以此民众种族将毁灭。黑癞病业之轮根本续中，四族轮之品第六竟。之后又，安住者将自己的饰品倾斜在肩上，向怖畏饰物者祈请，以手印守护之轮安置于何处？怖畏饰物者降旨：于尸林颅骨凶处，安置轮则将毁灭。如是降旨。之后眷属们于尸林中，取来怖畏大颅骨，劈开，于梯上涂血，绘制大轮。自身赤裸涂灰，男女轮善加区分。上方之轮，绘制怖畏八辐，此乃母夜叉之腹。下方恒常之男轮，死主自身之腹中，四辐与蛇相应。以血与楝汁混合制墨，取来足骨为笔，绘制与辐条相应之美饰，以根本真言装饰而书写，于具诅咒真言名者，末端以饰物从边缘装饰。生起与融入及供养于天处，又以血涂抹于火中焚烧。之后于蛇腹中藏轮，于分别念心间诸方，持之，如是宣告：真言之主加持力，与轮燃烧之光辉，饮血王之威力，与地神龙族大能，任何四族龙之众，黑魔之主，与凶暴之方，天龙夜叉众多之众，为轮业之摧毁，朵玛血与甘露享用之，以此违誓者，毁坏誓言律仪，于此怀恨者，得苦痛，交付于汝等，下令惩罚。交付于观看之目标。于危害手印须弥山中指示。缠绕以楝树皮缠绕，捆绑以五蛇之绳捆绑。成就之相为牛角颤动。事业之期限为六月内。
