To be entrusted here. Having killed, place in the belly of a Rakshasa. Entrust to the six-fingered earth. The offering is a great amount of blood. Wrap with linen cloth. The curse is the secret mantra itself. Moving and relocating should be done according to the scriptures. Mix with the mantra and write. From the Root Tantra of the Wheel of Black Leprosy Karma, the eleventh chapter, the Chapter of Relocation Karma. Said by the Terrifier: "With the ashes of a forceful woman, If scattered in the cities, All will be seized by leprosy. Burning the fire of the Mata tree, Whoever is touched by the smoke, All will become intoxicated and mute. Burning the fire of the leprosy tree, Burning all with Mata, Whoever is touched by that smoke, All will have their limbs severed. When a fierce wind rises, In the direction of the cursed one, Burning the Ha-pra-ta tree, Whoever is touched by that smoke, All will be controlled by leprosy. With the ashes of Pra-ti-ta, If smeared on whose body, All will become pox-ridden. When destroying a city, This is declared as the mantra of killing." From the Root Tantra of the Wheel of Black Leprosy Karma, the twelfth chapter, the Chapter of Killing with Secret Fire Offering. Then, the Terrifier spoke again: "The Wheel of Muteness that is spoken of, A circular wheel should be made. The materials are a bloody corpse cloth, And the bark of the Malaya tree. Ink, poison, and neem. The pen should be made from a thigh bone. Without a door, facing west. Adorn it with seventeen pearls. Draw a large snake with its mouth open, coiling around it. Place the enemy's image in the belly of the snake. Visualize yourself as a black Great Singer. Make the mudra of the venomous Naga. Recite this fierce secret mantra: OM VAJRA LODHI TE SAGA KURU TARA NAGE TE, PRAMO TANA, CHE GE MO YE LINGA HUM PHAT. Strike the terrifying image with the mudra. The secret oil is twenty-five kinds. The mudra is a great burning pyre. OM VAJRA NAGA TRAM TRAM. The secret mantra is supremely excellent. OM VAJRA NAGA TA YANG YANG. OM VAJRA NAGA TA YA DHRI DHRI. OM VAJRA NAGA TA HUM HUM. Mix ashes from a charnel ground, red poison from a caitya, and kaluka to make ink. Draw beautiful patterns with it. Perform the recitation for seven days. At night, when going to sleep, when beginning the recitation, do not draw patterns with the left hand, but hold a large rosary with the right hand. In the morning, offer a large torma to the nagas. The mantra for offering the torma is: Oṃ tri sna rāja bali ghṛṇa ghṛṇa svāhā! From the root tantra of the Wheel of Black Leprosy Karma, the thirteenth chapter on the Wheel of the Mute and the Torma. Spoken by the Terrifier, the method of healing is: If possessed by a kingly lineage, make a wheel in the shape of a clay drum, adorned with peaceful mantras. If possessed by a noble lineage demon, on the wheel of Harata, wearing an ornament adorned with peace, the demon of the noble lineage will depart. If possessed by a Brahmin demon, on the wheel of Malata, wearing an ornament adorned with supreme essence, whoever wears it on their body, the Brahmin demon will depart. If possessed by an outcaste lineage, on the wheel of Alata, wearing an ornament adorned with the sixth 'ra', whoever wears it on their body, the demon of the outcaste lineage will depart. Wherever the ocean of Dharma abides, this tantra that destroys all will also abide. The root division called 'Root Tantra: Destroyer of the World' is complete! The Indian abbot Blood-Drinker Glorious Foot, and the Tibetan monk Vairotsana, having translated it in Jangbu Tsal, gave vows to the nagas of Madrosa, and entrusted them to protect the temple. Initially, Brahma was appointed as the patrol guard against naga harm, and established as a long-term guardian.
