The four reside in order. Or the letters of the four elements reside. The places of the tsa are like this: sixty-four in the navel, eight in the heart, sixteen in the throat. Great bliss is thirty-two. From Yaṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) comes wind, from Raṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) comes fire. By the union of fire and wind, the channels of the chakras are burned, and meditate on the body being filled with bliss. Or if the nāgas cause harm, and poison is on the face, focus and burn it with flames, burn all forms of disease. Or again, on the four chakras, in the places where their respective essences reside, meditate on the garudas of the four families, gradually from the crown to the navel, gradually melting and dissolving. The jewel garuda on the crown, by burning it with fire and wind, after offering to the garuda of light, meditate on the non-objectification of the jewel garuda. The other chakras are also the same as this. In the session breaks, practice the completion stage. Or again, rest in the meaning of the view. With mantra and deity, do not be distracted for even a moment. If one has doubts about the deity or mantra, then accomplishment is far away, and various obstacles will arise.
