The mantra for generating the body and the mantra for recitation are shown in order. Hapa Ausava Tripa Tri Om Svaha! Tripa Om Svaha! Om Tri Svaha! Svapa Om Tri Ta. 安乐逝善鹏尊，身色深蓝广大，身满金刚交杵，顶礼赞叹忿怒怖畏身。具信勤奋则成办，具悲悯慈心则成办，无犹豫懈怠则成办，圆满灌顶口诀则成办。出自黑普日续，乃先世根本品第七品。此后金刚手复问：黑鹏之修法如何？薄伽梵祈请垂赐教言。薄伽梵垂赐教言：息灾与诛法事业，息灾之明咒如下：嗡 班匝 巴德 嘎汝达 吽 匝 Ra匝 斯日匝 吽 啪。念诵之禅定有二，分自他二而念诵。念诵一百万遍则内证生起，如是二次则生起信心，念诵三百万遍则诸事业成办。以专注禅定而念诵，断除犹豫懈怠则成办。以三角猛厉之炭涂抹，于带刺之树枝上，以寡妇之发束缚，其上作猛厉之吽（藏文：ཧཱུྂ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），那伽ra匝 萨瓦匝瓦拉让。布玛ra匝 萨瓦匝瓦拉让。布内ra匝 萨瓦匝瓦拉让。萨嘎ra匝 萨瓦匝瓦拉让。系于成办之明咒而焚烧，内中生起鹏尊，作供养赞叹。血类毒类等物，芥子白芥子焚烧之物，灰烬扬于风中，或作镇压亦可。现出损害之形相或梦境，勾招引诱后以橛击打。以杀人之铁或雷铁，作为兵器而斩断。于具毒害之树枝上，作具六辐之轮，以毒水涂抹，以轮斩断。毒树或猛厉之铁，作十二指之量，以橛钉刺。断种黑人之头盖骨，或门隅人之头盖骨亦可。作任何损害者之形相，倾入所有毒类血类，勾招引诱后融入其识，以橛击打而镇压。以线缠绕，以黑布捆缚，镇压于大神鬼之地方，或藏于任何损害之处。阿Ra匝 玛哈嘎汝达 鹏 惹 呼日呼日 贝 纳嘎Ra匝 萨嘎Ra匝 普内Ra匝 布玛Ra匝 玛Ra雅 吽 吽 啪 啪 梭哈。嗡 班匝 德革那匝嘎Ra 嘎汝达 吽 啪。

The Great Bliss-Gone Garuda, whose body is vast and dark blue, whose body is filled with vajra crosses, I prostrate and praise the wrathful, terrifying form. With faith and diligence, it is accomplished. With compassion and loving-kindness, it is accomplished. Without doubt or laziness, it is accomplished. With complete empowerment and instructions, it is accomplished. From the Lineage of the Black Razor, the seventh chapter, the root chapter of previous lives. Then, again, Vajrapani asked: How is the practice of the Black Garuda done? The Bhagavan requested to bestow teachings. The Bhagavan bestowed teachings: The practice and accomplishment are the activities. The mantra for the practice is as follows: Om Vajra Bati Garuda Hum Dza Ra Dza Sri Tsa Hum Phet. There are two samadhis for recitation, separate yourself and others and recite. With one hundred thousand recitations, inner signs will come. Likewise, with two, faith will arise. With three hundred thousand, all activities will be accomplished. Recite with one-pointed samadhi. If you abandon doubt and laziness, it will be accomplished. Smear with the charcoal of a fierce triangle. On a thorny branch, bind with the hair of a widowed woman. On that, do a fierce Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྂ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, IAST: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). Naga Raja Sarva Jwala Ram. Puma Raja Sarva Jwala Ram. Pune Raja Sarva Jwala Ram. Saka Raja Sarva Jwala Ram. Attach it to the accomplishment mantra and burn it. Generate the Garuda inside, make offerings and praises. Blood, poison, and so on, mustard seeds, black mustard seeds, burnt substances. Scatter the ashes into the wind. Or you can also do suppression. A harmful form or dream will come. Summon and lure, then strike with a peg. With man-killing iron or thunder iron, make a weapon and cut. On a poisonous branch, make a wheel with six spokes. Smear with poison water and cut with the wheel. Poisonous wood or fierce iron, make it twelve fingers in size. Drive in the pegs. The skull of a black person whose lineage is cut off, or even a Monpa skull is fine. Make the form of whatever is harmed, pour in all kinds of poison and blood. Summon and lure, then infuse consciousness. Strike with a peg and suppress. Wrap it with thread and bind it with black cloth.
