Ground. In the ominous skull, write the name and lineage of the victim (the person to be harmed). Cleanse the skull with fierce substances, wrap it with thread and bind it. Suppress it in the direction where the victim is, or in the place where the evil spirit is powerful. Seven days or twenty-one days, or fourteen days is also acceptable. Also perform the activities of suppression and burning. If that still does not revive, then place the effigy of the victim under the bed of the Vajra Master, or inside the genitals. Always with samadhi, think that it is under your feet. If that still does not revive, then cremate the corpse of the dead person and put it in the water, or send it to the top of three mountains. If you do that, there is no doubt (it will be cured). When repelling hail, open the practice of Garuda, connect the colors of the mandala to the direction of the hail and place them. In the four directions and four corners, place eight pegs, generate eight Garudas. In the place of arrival, in the mandala of the deities, generate (Garudas) with samadhi. Similarly, mustard seeds, etc., recite the mantras and scatter them into the sky. Aim at the direction of the cloud or wind, visualize the fierce mantra of Garuda, recite the mantra and strike the mustard seeds.
