Because you are capable of such deeds, you are also named Black Rahula." Rahula also promised to do as he was told. This person is none other than the great king Li Jin Hara in this life. Therefore, I will especially empower you, the great king, with whatever power, might, and blessings I possess, so that you may obtain the means and receive blessings. I will subdue enemies and obstacles and offer this mantra to destroy crops, fruits, and footprints. And also the king, it is you. In the past, from the old stories I asked the wise men, in the country of Varanasi, there was a king named Delightful Glory, who had seven hundred thousand retinues. Among them was a minister named Kashingha, who had a son who was intelligent and knowledgeable. That son was struck by a severe illness and was dying, so he made a vow, saying: At the time of my death, I have made vows before, and I make them now. After my death, may I become a star that wanders in the sky, named Prashingkha Athordje, and may I destroy all things that harm the Buddha's teachings. He always made this vow. After he died, he was born as the star Prabshikha Athordje, wandering in the sky, and sending all kinds of curses and spells to all sentient beings. Then, at the time of his death, he made a vow, saying: From the time of my death now, may I also protect the Buddha's teachings in the future! He made this vow. In this way, he made vows for three thousand lifetimes, so now he has become a great king. Therefore, being in accordance with the actions of a human king, I bestow power, make accomplishments stable, make authority stable, and in order to control all those things that harm the Buddha's teachings, and in order to fulfill aspirations, please accept this mantra. Om Basu Shat Shat. Trinarir Maraya Dza. Nari Khamula Thumbu Thum. Mabu Maraya Dzadza. Thus, the star Prabshingkha Athordje, blessed the great king Lijinghara, causing him to subdue all enemies, becoming a hundred times stronger than before, without any obstacles in casting curses and spells, becoming the king of kings, the great Lijinghara. Then, the demon Vajra Lekpa again said to the king Lijinghara: Great king, I control all demons, harm all living beings, and steal all fetuses. Therefore, the king of all these powers and accomplishments is the great king Lijinghara himself, I empower you, I bless you. Why is that? In the past, when the Blessed One Dipamkara was extensively giving the Dharma, he spoke to a great god: God.
