Among all, there is a most excellent one. The glorious Vajrapani (ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་) said, "You are endowed with power and strength, therefore I empower you as the great outer Kila (སྒྲོལ་གིང་)." And gave the vow, "Your name shall be called the demon king Hanu Bagsha (ཧ་ནུ་བག་ཤ་)." This is none other than you, the king, who at that time and moment received that name. Now, by my power, as commanded, I will accomplish all tasks to the end. This is the command of the glorious one, and we cannot transgress it, nor should the king transgress it. I offer to the king this authority over the sacred and secret supreme object that we praise. Om ser ra tra ba sum ma ka rang wang sed sad ne sad ne ma ra ya ma ra ya nri tsal le ma ra ya hum dza hum dza phat phat. Then, the king of the Tsen spirits, Yamshud Marpo (ཡམ་ཤུད་དམར་པོ), along with his many attendants, spoke to King Lijing in this way: "From the beginning, I have always been with all sentient beings, giving much gain and loss of three hundred and sixty. I also bestow such powers upon the great king, grant blessings, and increase the strength of power. Why is that? Because I have become Yamshud Marpo. Forty kalpas before the previous intermediate kalpa, the father was the golden king Chang (འཆང་), and his queen was Sbubpa, the adorned one. They had two sons. The elder brother, Drakden (གྲགས་ལྡན་), loved the Dharma, while the younger brother, Drakgye (གྲགས་སྐྱེས་), loved the heretical teachings. Then, at some point, the two brothers cast lots, and whoever won would enter the other's religion if they lost. The younger brother lost, and although the elder brother did not believe in the younger brother's religion, he entered it. Again, at one time, they cast lots, and the elder brother won, saying, 'Now believe in my white Dharma.' The younger brother could not win and fled. The elder brother chased and caught him, and the younger brother said from his mouth, 'Even if you kill me, brother, I will not enter your religion. Therefore, brother, either...'

I vow that in the time of the Buddha, I will sever the life force of all who harm the Dharma. I vow to execute them. There, the elder brother Drakden, after empowering the younger brother, said: When I attain perfect enlightenment, you will be the death of all who harm my Dharma, and propagate the Dharma! Having said this, he handed him a copper sword and a coral staff, and named him Yamshud Marpo. That was none other, the elder brother Drakden was the Bhagavan. The younger brother Drakgye Yamshud Marpo was the king himself. Therefore, the one called Yamshud Marpo was also the great King Li Jin Hara. My many Ye-drog and Tobshor are offered to you, King. With this fierce mantra that I have composed, I will bless King Li Jin. I will bestow empowerment. I will grant power. Om deva hari mang gan dza, musa musa, maraya maraya naya, che ge mo's life breng breng, thum bhyo dza dza. Thus, accompanied by many warriors, King Li Jin Hara was blessed, and through Ye-drog and Tobshor, he gained dominion, becoming a thousand times more powerful than before. Then, the chief of the planets, black Rahula, spoke thus to the great King Li Jin Hara: Great King, I am the one who controls hail, death, frost, plague, famine, and various conflicts. They too will offer tribute to the great King. I will bestow empowerment. I will grant blessings. Why is that? Because the one called the great Rahula is also the great King. In the beginning of this very eon, the father was called black dragon Pitarah, and the mother was the rakshasi Lightning, and they gave birth to a son. He was exceedingly fierce and terrifying. Once, in the palace of Willows, he created a disturbance of seats. Both parents were unable to subdue him. There, Vajrapani also could not subdue him secretly. He fled to the summit of Mount Meru. The glorious Vajrapani emitted a ray of compassionate wisdom, which struck the crown of his head, and he fell down immediately. He made that child suffer greatly.
