Because vows have been made, now, may any enemy or obstacle that harms the supreme teachings of the fully enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni, who opposes me and has made agreements, be cut down without delay! Take their life! Tear their flesh! Drink their blood! Remove their entrails! Split their skull! Pluck out their heart! Grind them to dust, and without delay, swiftly eliminate them! Finally, I beseech you to utterly destroy their lineage down to the ninth generation! These offerings are arranged with devotion and faith. They are not mixed with various difficult causes and conditions, but blessed with samadhi and pure intention, and then offered. Please accept these noble offerings. We also confess and repent to you, Great King, for all the faults and delays that go against your heart, clearing away all targets, making up for the deficiencies in offerings and the errors in worship, correcting verbal offenses, eliminating inner defilements, making amends for uncleanness, and repenting for laziness and other faults. Confession! Purification! Atonement! Please restore completeness. Kings, please strengthen your resolve, do not change your form, and do not listen to the persuasion of others.
