Is the guardian of all yogis. Please accomplish the entrusted tasks. Is the great sovereign mother of all manifest existence. Having one hair on the head. One hair stands up, pervading the empty realm. Having one eye in the space of the forehead. Sees clearly the entire empty realm. Having one tooth in the middle of the mouth. The tooth that cuts off beings from the root. Having one wing in the middle of the back. Gathers all three realms into her control without exception. The body is momentary. Goes pervading the entire empty realm. Having one breast in the middle of the chest. Nourishes the life of all sentient beings. A span's length cannot reach the sky. 祈请赐教如何进行灌顶之次第，以及猛厉事业之作法。世尊开示：当为汝等解说所问之义。灌顶之坛城：于根本坛城之西，作二肘之坛城。此处之灌顶，由有情女王等，作宝瓶灌顶，及百零八种血、大脂、总集、种种血之灌顶。灌顶可得世间母之成就，及一切出世间之成就。其咒语如下：嗡 舍利 嘿汝嘎 阿毗钦扎，扎 惹叉 阿毗钦扎，玛玛 诶嘎扎德 阿毗钦扎，玛玛 汝汝 阿毗钦扎，玛玛 巴德 巴德 悉地 阿毗钦扎。如是授予灌顶。于彼灌顶之时，亦以大脂之供养物等一切誓言物灌顶，得一切空行母之殊胜灌顶。彼等灌顶之物，亦应具备一切受用之物。《贤女力续》云：灌顶品第七。之后，当安立修法朵玛。坛城以一箭之量，堆砌成三角形。其上堆砌高五指之三角形。其中涂以石炭及尸林之炭。以种种血涂抹。于彼三面之三方，堆砌二三角形。堆砌高度为一扎之第三个。一切口边皆悬挂头鬘。于其外围燃起火堆。于每一个三角形之中央，有四根僧伽檀木橛、铁橛、胜橛、毒木所制之橛。彼四者亦迎请为四母。书写自咒并造像。其西面，放置朵玛之物，如胎血等九种血，及羊毒等九种毒，及混合六分之肉块。东面放置人之心、狮子之心、虎之心、熊之心、秃鹫之心，及以五种制成之朵玛，及混合各种夏花之朵玛，及腐烂之春鱼。

Please instruct on the order of empowerment and how to perform fierce actions. The Blessed One said: I shall explain the meaning of what you have asked. The mandala of empowerment: To the west of the root mandala, make a mandala of two cubits. Here, the empowerment is given by the queen of beings and others, giving the vase empowerment, and the empowerment of one hundred and eight kinds of blood, great fat, general collection, and various kinds of blood. Empowerment can attain the accomplishments of the worldly mothers and all transcendental accomplishments. The mantra for that is as follows: Om Shri Heruka Abhisinca, Trag Raksha Abhisinca, Mama Ekajati Abhisinca, Mama Ruru Abhisinca, Mama Bati Bati Siddhi Abhisinca. Thus, grant the empowerment. At the time of that empowerment, also empower with all the samaya substances such as the offering of great fat, and the excellent empowerment of all dakinis is obtained. Those substances of those empowerments should also be complete with all the substances of enjoyment. From the Tantra of the Virtuous Woman of Power: The Seventh Chapter, the Chapter on Empowerment. Then, the practice offering should be set up. The mandala should be piled up in a triangular shape with the measure of one arrow. On top of that, a triangle five fingers high should be piled up. Inside that, it should be smeared with charcoal and charnel ground charcoal. It should be smeared with various kinds of blood. On the three sides of the three corners, two triangles should be piled up. The third one should be piled up to a height of one span. A garland of heads should be hung on all the edges. A fire should be lit on the outer layer. In the center of each triangle, there are four pegs made of sengdeng wood, iron pegs, excellent pegs, and pegs made of poisonous wood. Those four are also invited as the four mothers. Write down your own mantra and create an image. On the west side, place the substances of the offering, such as womb blood and other nine kinds of blood, and nine kinds of poison such as sheep poison, and a mixture of six parts of meat. On the east side, place a human heart, a lion's heart, a tiger's heart, a bear's heart, a vulture's heart, and a torma made of five ingredients, and a torma mixed with various summer flowers, and rotten spring fish.
