One should always reside in a quiet room. On a cushion of kusha grass, constantly recite the essence. Abandon recklessness and carelessness that are incompatible with others. Guru, Yidam, deities, and the Three Jewels. Other than these, do not prostrate to others. Generate a mind of benefiting sentient beings. Diligently make offerings with yellow flowers. Praise in the morning with beautiful melodies. For whatever wishes one desires, diligently cultivate the practice sessions. Always be diligent in the five types of offerings. In order to eliminate the suffering of poverty in the six realms. Make the Yakshas happy and increase wealth and livestock. Always strongly contemplate these things. If done in this way, the obstacles of the Yakshas will not be accomplished, it is impossible. There is no doubt that Siddhi will arise. From the Compassion Arising Tantra, the ninth chapter, the practice of Samaya. Then, the assembled retinue. Asked the Lord of Secrets as follows. How should one practice its recitation? The Lord of Secrets spoke as follows. Assembled retinue, listen to me. During the practice, offer Torma. Protect the outer boundaries and cut off the inner boundaries. Draw the mandala and depict the decorations. Accumulate the substances of the vows and arrange the offering substances. Recite this essence of the heart. Om Jambhala Jalandharaya Ratna Siddhi Citta Hum. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) This is the essence of merit. Om Jham Jambhala Jalandharaya Hum Hum.
