不舒服啊。不想要难产就顺利生产吧。酒和姜黄、红糖等，房梁上的尘土等，熬煮后念诵咒语给孕妇喝下，立刻就能顺利生产。如果经常念诵，自己或他人，就能从束缚中解脱。为了治疗小病，就这样做。清水洗血，消除肿胀。涂抹北方的咒语，消除肿胀。对于烧伤和痘痘，以及熊等造成的伤口，涂抹姜黄、香和阿如拉，念诵咒语就能痊愈。对药物明显地念诵咒语后，病人吃了就能排出疾病。对酥油念诵一百遍咒语，涂抹在任何肢体上都能痊愈。涂抹念诵过咒语的油，能治愈头痛。对毒疮念诵一百零八遍水，用洗澡水能治愈不活泼的孩子。用盐水和碱水能消除淋病。用树叶、酥油、苏木能消除牙虫。用生姜和糖能消除感冒。用蜂蜜、樟脑、肉豆蔻能消除火伤。安住于誓言的咒师，如果以慈悲心进行治疗，就像非常精通的医生一样，能治愈一切痛苦，带来幸福快乐。如是说。出自《业海经》中，关于治疗的第十五品。然后，黑怙主又祈请道：奇呼！金刚手秘密主！为了成就受用等，以及为了成就其他所需所愿，请为我讲述次第。秘密主开示道：玛哈嘎拉，你谛听！为了成就受用、所需次第和目的，我将为你详细讲述。如此行持以成就受用财富：首先完成近修，妥善布置坛城和宝瓶。生起次第，生起自身本尊和宝瓶。迎请、融入，并供养等。念诵根本咒和事业咒，使其相连。观想受用显现在宝瓶内，增长、广大并进行加持。进行赞颂，并委托真言。通过宝瓶，授予自身灌顶。能使受用增长广大。如果想要获得心仪的女子，首先完成近修，妥善制作坛城，明晰生起次第。迎请、融入，并献上供品。念诵根本咒和事业咒，并进行委托。明晰显现，使其没有自主权。将花、果实融入香中。供养朵玛，使诸神欢喜。念诵能言咒语。

Uncomfortable! If you don't want a difficult birth, have a smooth delivery. Boil alcohol, turmeric, brown sugar, and the dust from the roof beams. Recite mantras and give it to the pregnant woman to drink, and she will have a smooth delivery immediately. If you recite it regularly, you or others will be liberated from bondage. To cure minor illnesses, do this: Wash blood with clean water to eliminate swelling. Apply the northern mantra to eliminate swelling. For burns and pimples, and wounds caused by bears, etc., apply turmeric, incense, and arura, and recite mantras to heal. After clearly reciting mantras on the medicine, the patient will expel the disease by eating it. Recite the mantra a hundred times on butter, and apply it to any limb to heal it. Applying oil with mantras will heal headaches. Recite one hundred and eight times water on venomous sores, and use bathwater to heal inactive children. Use salt water and alkaline water to eliminate gonorrhea. Use leaves, butter, and sumac to eliminate tooth worms. Use ginger and sugar to eliminate colds. Use honey, camphor, and nutmeg to eliminate burns. If a mantra practitioner who abides by vows heals with a compassionate heart, like a very skilled doctor, he can heal all suffering and bring happiness. Thus it is said. From the Tantra of the Ocean of Actions, the fifteenth chapter on healing. Then, the Black Protector again requested: Kyeho! Vajra-bearing Lord of Secrets! To accomplish enjoyment and so on, and to accomplish other desired wishes, please explain the order to me. The Lord of Secrets said: Mahakala, listen! To accomplish enjoyment, desired order, and purpose, I will explain it to you in detail. Do this to accomplish enjoyment and wealth: First, complete the close retreat, and properly arrange the mandala and vase. Generate the generation stage, generate yourself as the deity and the vase. Invite, merge, and offer offerings, etc. Recite the root mantra and the activity mantra, connecting them. Visualize enjoyment manifesting within the vase, increasing, expanding, and empowering. Perform praise and entrust the truth. Through the vase, grant yourself empowerment. It can increase and expand all supreme enjoyments. If you want to obtain a desirable girl, first complete the close retreat, properly create the mandala, and clarify the generation stage. Invite, merge, and offer offerings. Recite the root mantra and the activity mantra, and entrust it. Clearly manifest it without autonomy. Merge flowers and fruits into incense. Offer torma, making the deities rejoice. Recite the speech-making mantra.

After bathing in water, recite the four thousandfold secret mantra, and you will obtain a daughter of great joy. For things that beings love, or whether good or bad, if you want to feel happy, at dawn, starting with the first bird that wakes up, wash your face with water that has been praised three times, and all beings will be happy. On a white lotus thread, when the star falls on the throne, recite it one hundred and eight times, and then connect it with that person's name, and it will fascinate the hearts of all women. Mix budding flowers with sandalwood, and when the throne arrives, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times, make perfume, and even if the king is unhappy, he will become happy. If you recite it constantly, you will control the territory of all beings. Three fruits and three hot medicines, add butter and brown sugar as before. This is the supreme method of adding splendor and making the splendorless more splendid. If you want to prolong the exhausted life and the decaying life, use a characteristic, precious and beautiful Gau box. Fill it with the essence of grains, the heart essence, and five medicines. Seal it on the waxing moon and place it on a high platform. Hang arrows, banners and mirrors to decorate it. Starting from (Tibetan) ཏྲྂ་ (Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning), visualize the inside of the precious Gau box. Visualize the essence of life in the center of the moon disc. Generate the deity, invite and make offerings and praises. Connect the root mantra and the life heart mantra and recite them. From the light of mantras and letters, countless goddesses transform into vase water. Visualize the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of the Sugatas, and everything equal to the gods, all integrated into the Gau box. Visualize the equal and excellent Yidam Supreme God, with its immeasurable manifestations of body, speech, and mind, command all the Dharma protectors, the eight classes of beings, and all the collections of obstacles, to accumulate life and soul, and recite in detail. After the manifestations recall life and soul, integrate them into the inside of the Gau box and the body. Practice life, integrate the Guru. Body and mind life grow, full of sesame seeds. Hide life in the center of the heart. Three, five, or seven days, etc., if you practice during this time, it is the best way to prolong life. In order to wash away all impurities, diseases, and sufferings with vase water, it should be done as follows: On a mandala plate smeared with perfume, place a precious and beautiful vase. Fill it with clean water taken by a child. Make it full of twenty-five essences. Decorate the mouth of the bottle, tie on a necklace and amulet. Visualize the vase as the wish-fulfilling jewel ocean. In the center of the moon disc, surround it with the white (Tibetan) ཨ་ (Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) syllable, make your own deity and the vase deity clearly appear.
